• I always feel special when I stay here.
• I don't understand why the duvet cover was not put back on our bed the second night - it was put back on the first.

• New mattresses that are very comfortable, new furniture. Easy chairs to watch TV made it a very comfortable stay. Rooms were clean and quiet.
• Ice machines was not on every floor.

“Clean and quiet rooms, tastefully decorated with up to date style. Mattresses and comforters were very comfortable, making sleeping a pleasure! Room service was very prompt and delicious. Nice visit!”

• The room is clean and facilities are excellent.
• Staff at front desk was not friendly and without patience to answer questions.

“The parking lot is not in the hotel and we could not find the sign for the parking. So we went to ask the staff, who treated us very rude and unfriendly. This might be the worst part of the hotel.”

• Very attractive rooms. Modern and warm decor and I had a great night's sleep.
• Parking was difficult to understand.

“The staff was very friendly and the meal in their newest restaurant was wonderful and the view looking out over billings from the restaurant was romantic. The parking was difficult to understand and is located across the street in a parking garage.”

• The bathroom was disgusting- stains, hair clearly not cleaned.

• Gorgeous rooms, comfortable beds, luxury amenities.
• No swimming pool, no microwave in room or refrigerator (unless executive level).

“It was gorgeous and everything that we expected and more. We loved the location and the ease which we could get to and from our activities. The rooms were very modern, beautiful, well appointed, and there was Starbucks coffee in the room, as well as high, end toiletries and even an eye mask and linen spray! Wow we were impressed!”

• They never have parking in their parking lot. You have to park in the city garage.

• Friendly, helpful staff. Clean and well-maintained. Felt luxurious.
• Slow shuttle service.

“Some older Holiday Inns that we have experienced were not in good condition, so we were extremely pleased with the beautiful building and accommodations. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our son-in-law is from Montana and he says this is the only place he will stay when he flies out of Billings.”

• Under construction; parking not convenient or easy to figure out; not family restaurant; staff was not friendly.

• Location was great, the room was updated, the bed was comfortable, the movie selection was great.
• The only problem I had was the ceiling had a crack all the way across the room. Felt like it might fall on me.

• The room was fantastic. Nice bed, TV, great space overall.
• My lock had some issues and response time was not very good.

“The staff was very friendly and my room was fantastic. I wish I didn't have to leave so early to catch a plan. The bed was wonderful, great upscale touches, flat screen TV, nice bath items, etc. The only small complaint I has was, my lock did not work right and response time was slow. Other than that I thought this hotel was great!”

• It's really quite an elegant place, all brick and very nice.
• They failed to honor our wake up call by 30 minutes! Could have been a disaster to miss our flight!

• This hotel has recently been tastefully remodeled.
• The parking garage was across the street, does not seem to have security.

“Clean, comfortable, freshly remodeled rooms with flat screen televisions. Sleep amenities included a sleep/relaxation CK, light blocking drape clip, earplugs, sleeping mask and lavender spray mist. It was like being at a spa!”

“This wouldn't be a convenient place if Billings is what you wanted to see. It's not right in the middle of things. Very much on the outskirts. It would however be a very nice convention location if there's in hotel food services.”

“This hotel is well located, easy to find. It has a small parking area, but there is additional parking across the street and a covered crossing on the second level to the hotel. My room was very quiet, small but adequate bathroom, good heating/cooling.”

• Very prompt airport transportation.
• Located too close to loud night clubs.

“The hotel itself was not bad, except for a few staff members. The room was clean, but the bathroom was poorly designed. The worst problem with this hotel was the noise. Both nights I was there, very loud music from the nearby clubs was blasting until after midnight. I was on the 11th floor, and my walls were vibrating from the music 3 blocks away. If it were not for that, the location was otherwise very convenient to downtown.”

• The room.
• The food service for this hotel is on the 20th floor. The restaurant on the 10th. This caused some problems.

“A nice hotel, but close to train tracks. The trains at night made it tough to fall asleep.”

• They had hookers down in there restaurant/bar.

“The rooms were very nice. I was traveling with my family which included four small children all together. They have there restaurant in their bar while they are remodeling and they actually had hookers come in and pick guys up. One actually took one outside of the hotel by the front door and they were going at it. Nobody cared or tried to stop them. My mom even asked the security guard if they allowed that to go on and he acted like he didn't hear here. It was very repulsive to see. Not a good family environment at all.”

• It is near the railroad tracks. They provided earplugs but I did not know why.

• The ambience of this hotel and in particular our room was amazing.
• Unfortunately the day was Memorial Day and most restaurants were closed which reduced our meal options.

“The Crowne Plaza needs to be experienced. From the moment you walk in the Plaza you welcomed by a western flair that continues to your room, which is lavishly decorated but not gaudy. All you need is available. The staff are pleasant and accommodating.”

• The staff was extremely helpful and airport shuttle is great.
• I had no problems whatsoever.

“This hotel was great. I had never been to billings and was going there for business. When I got to the airport I called and they were there in less than 10 min. Got to the hotel and the staff was great and very helpful. I was put on the executive floor and the staff at the executive lounge was very helpful as well. The food was simple and basic but still very tasty. Overall a great experience and have recommended it to people visiting the area.”

• At wedding reception the mini bar closed shortly after midnight, right when the party was getting started.

“Overall a very nice hotel. The recent upgrades were a very noticeable improvement. Rooms were clean spacious and the beds were phenomenal. I live in billings and will probably stay there anytime I'm Downtown and shouldn't be driving.”

• Good location, excellent room and amenities. The Wi-Fi network connected and worked without a hitch.
• Front controls of TV had been locked which prevented using inputs for viewing presentations on it.

“The hotel is very conveniently located in Downtown Billings with easy access from the freeway. It is also near the airport which makes it even better. The room was top notch I'm sure because of their recent renovation. The flat panel TV in the room was an added bonus.”

“This hotel was at the final stages of refurbishing, construction and the hotel restaurant was not open. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the staff was professional and pleasant. It has a star bucks which was good because room service was limited and not fantastic, but I'm sure that will change once the restaurant is up and running.”

• Under renovation. Things are a bit messy in the lobby.

“Hotel rooms are very large. I stayed on the quiet floor and was given a sleep mask, ear plugs, and a sleep CD. Housekeeping was very attentive. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the flat screen TV was a nice bonus.”

• Location was good. Starbucks was very nice.
• Hotel staff was rude, room and lobby dirty, breakfast was cold and expensive (coffee was burned).

“Over all not a very good stay, I understand that the hotel was still under construction, and I will give some for that, but I would at least expect a hello when I walk in the door and a clean room. I received neither. Also it is rude for staff to outright ask for tips, they are a 'thank you'. Guests should not be expected to tip staff, and should not be treated badly if they do not. Breakfast was horrible - should have gone to the Starbucks, it would have been fresher and served with a smile, more then I can say for hotel.”

• It was under construction and they began working at 7 am on Sat. morning.

“The hotel will be very nice when the renovations are complete but in the mean time it is very incontinent it was hard to find parking and finding a door that we could enter proved to be a great challenge the fact that it was poring rain while we were searching for the main entrance did not heighten our moods. Saturday morning when the jack hammers started going at 7 am we were not impressed.”

• Lots of room amenities, nice bathroom, lots of pillows.
• Some inconveniences during remodeling; vending layout inconvenient; carpets need replacement.

“I think when the remodeling is finished it will truly be a 3-star hotel. Probably because of all the construction, it seemed dusty and there was the smell of stale cigarette smoke lingering in the halls and rooms. I hope this is only temporary.”
