• Spacious room and clean. Easy check in and check out.
• Internet for work.

“Stayed in front half of the hotel. Very nice room. Very spacious room. Easy check in and check out. Was very disappointed with the internet. Called down the desk, they said, nothing wrong with it. I ended up using my cell phone to my laptop and got a better signal. Overall with the hotel I would and will stay there again.”

• Very nice beds & linens; roomy accommodations.
• The door didn't latch completely- but deadbolt worked. Minor.

“Comfortable with some luxury touches, such as attractive high thread count bedding, good mattresses, extra pillows, granite surfaces in the bathroom; it was close to the freeway and shopping, but the courtyard arrangements and solid construction seemed to contribute to overall quiet.”

• The thing I liked the best was the lobby water falls and location of hotel & price.
• I didn't like the bathroom as it had a shower that was hard to learn to turn on and no exhaust fan.

“Over all for a moderate priced hotel it wasn't too bad. I would have just liked they have an updated bathroom with a exhaust fan and directions to the shower posted in the shower. The staff was very friendly.”

• It was under construction. The waterfall was too noisy. Restaurant was in the bar.

• No parking and given a smoking room. No elevator to 2nd floor that we could find.

“Stay here on business regularly, so was thrilled when I saw this was the hotel. No breakfast included, but quality of room and pool more than made up for it. Hope I get this hotel on the way home!”

• Staff was rude, maids disregarded "Do not disturb".

“The rooms are nice enough. The check-in staff are very rude and do not want to be bothered. The maids clean when they want and disregard the "Do not disturb" sign. Location is near all major areas of Billings. Room service was very good. I would give it 1.5 stars.”

• Restaurant was not what we expected. Very poor experience with dinner.

“The bed was comfortable but the decor was outdated. A note from the owner said that they were upgrading everything and to be patient. Mostly disappointed with the restaurant for dinner. We were told to sit ourselves and we were the only ones there. We waited another 10 minutes for a waitress to bring us a menu. Silverware was dirty and something was floating in our soda glass. So for dinner, there are many good restaurants close by to choose from. We will stay there again but eat somewhere else.”

• Staff was slow to provide crib when checked in at 8 p.m., crib arrived at 10:15. Bathroom was outdated and worn.

“This hotel was obviously very nice year's ago, but its time has past. The bathrooms, in particular, are in need of a facelift not just for the sake of cosmetics, but because wall finishes are cracked and plumbing fixtures are sketchy. Also, vending machines lacked attention. They were either scantily stocked or inoperable.”

• The bathroom had been occupied when we arrived and they said they had no other rooms so housekeeping had to come at 10:30 pm.

“They also sent us on a goose chase all over the hotel to find our room. Then when we arrived it felt like someone had just taken a bath and left the tub full of water and towels on the floor and food in the garbage. There were candy wrappers on the floor and a swivel stick on the bed and the pillows had been moved. When asked if they had another room they said they did not in that big hotel. It got cleaned but after we left and came back.”

“The room was okay but small but the carpet needed to be replaced. The outside could have used some sprucing up. Paint and carpet with a little cleaning up would have made a great improvement. The conference center was not very good at all. And have them clean up the parking lot.”

• Very old, "used" look, a/c smelled moldy, halls smelled greasy and musty.

“This old property is being remodeled, and that is a good thing. It was scary and only the good price and pre-paid deal made me stay overnight. I would not have stayed another night. The new bed & linens were lovely.”

• I don't feel I got a good room for the money I spent.

“The staff was nice and the location was right off the interstate. The room left much to be desired with mold on the bathroom ceiling and lots of soiled corners. The shower fixture leaked and the air conditioner did not work well. The pool was just the right temperature, but the Jacuzzi was weak at best. I assumed this motel was 2+ stars, but I would treat it as 1 star motel until they do some basic maintenance and an upgrade of the rooms.”

• When contacted, the staff was very attentive. The beds were very comfortable.
• They only cleaned our room twice during a five night stay. Much of the hotel was undergoing renovation.

“Potentially very nice, but under renovation. Due to the renovation, the pool was closed. The carpet in the room smelled bad. The new beds and pillows were very nice. The management was attentive, but I just don't think you should have to contact them over small things.”

“This was a terrible experience. We tried to check in at a reasonable time; 4:30-4:45 pm. When we stepped into the lobby there were approximately 75 people wandering around or trying to check in. Apparently 2 buses from a tour company had arrived and were trying to check in. All of their rooms had been booked on the same package. The hotel only had about 1/2 of the group's rooms ready. On top of that there were only 2 people at the front desk to check everyone in. What kind of management is that? If they knew that many people were arriving together and at an approximate time, seems like the manager could have done a better job. When we did get our room it was filthy. The room smelled like urine and the carpet and bathroom were both disgusting. The only recommendation I have for this hotel is stay somewhere else.”

“The hotel staff was great. The food when we ordered room service was marginal. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean. All in all a good stay and since we will have to make a trip to billings often, I am sure we will use them again without the room service.”

• Long distance from convention center to other meeting rooms.

• We enjoyed the pool, the restaurant (kids ate free), and the location is very easy and ideal.
• Rooms need major renovation! The carpet is awful (very stained) and very out of date. Smells funny in places too.

“The staff is excellent, and the location can't be beat. The pool is fun, and the restaurant had good food (also nice that kids eat free). The hotel, however, needs some major TLC. The carpeting is terribly stained, and other parts of the hotel need updated. Probably wouldn't stay there again if we had our choice of places.”
