• Staff was nice.
• Room and the rug were dirty.

“I definitely will not stay at this hotel again. It is too close to the interstate and can hear all the traffic noise. The rugs could have used shampooing and the nightstand was dirty. It needs to be wiped down. It looks like it has burgers or scum of some sort on the nightstand. Staff changed our rooms as I was traveling with my adult child and he gave us to double beds.”

“Upon Check in the staff was great, No problems. Requested a smoking room and was happy one was still available. Got to the room and there were no ashtrays to be found. Asked the front desk and there were no ashtrays available. We used disposable coffee cups.”

• Hard to get to if you didn't have specific directions.

• That our room did not have a bathtub to soak in after driving all day long.
