• The bed was great.
• Towels were about 80 grit.

“This was a well kept, friendly hotel. The rooms are a bit small as are the bathrooms. Parking was a problem on the nights we arrived late because the trucks take up 4 spaces. Overall good place.”

• The rooms were really clean and the beds where comfortable, also very quiet.
• Cant think of anything.

“This hotel was really clean and quiet. I was really surprised. This hotel is also pet friendly which is good for a lot of people that are traveling. They had good continental breakfast. Very nice. I would recommend to anyone.”

• The check-in was easy and swift.
• The location and getting to it was odd.

“It was not an easy access from anywhere in the city. The hotel it's self was nice and clean and well maintained. They staff was ready to check us in and that took less than five minutes.”

• A very good continental breakfast was great.
• The office wasn't very clean.

• I loved the idea of staying on the first floor.
• The smell of cigarettes in the hall.

• The one thing that was good about the Ramada is it's location. Restaurants and bars are within steps.
• The rooms are actually horrible. No better than a hostel. Bedding seemed dirty and was uncomfortable.

“The Ramada was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The lobby and restaurant seem nice, but we didn't explore them thoroughly. When we arrived in our room, however, it was a shock. No better than a hostel. Disgusting and old. Beds were uncomfortable and the bedding felt dirty.”

• Really, nothing.
• No hot water, hot muggy room, crowded breakfast area, uncooperative staff.

“Our room was hot and muggy, the ac wouldnt work right. We had no hot water for baths or showers, etc. The room smelled musty and wet. The staff offered nothing more than a "sorry" when we complained. We wanted a nice, quiet, getaway for the two of us, but It was anything but!”

• Quick response when the ac broke down, decent breakfast.
• Hotel feels a little dated, ac broke down.

“Ok hotel to stay in, nothing fancy, they did provide us with a free pack and play for my 2 yr old son, we did like the breakfast, the workout area was a joke.”

• It was close to a lot of areas.
• Carpets in room extremely dirty!

“The hotel would have been wonderful for what we needed but we had 2 infants and they are all over the floor. One room had a tack strip that was coming up and if you walked across the area it cut you. They both had dirty carpets. Dirty enough that my son got dirt on his knees, legs and feet just crawling around.”

• Good, clean and simple. Perfect for an overnight stop over.
• The receptionist was not good with dealing with non-routine requests and became quite impatient and rude.

“The hotel is clean and comfortable, providing a simple breakfast in the morning. The price was very reasonable and access was very convenient. It is a great place to stop over for the night.”

• Traveled during a storm and they had updated road information.
• Breakfast was adequate, nothing special.

“Good motel for the money, nothing fancy but pleasantly appointed. Desk clerk helpful and friendly.”

• The beds were terribly uncomfortable.

“The day¿s inn at billings Montana was adequate but the beds were virtually falling apart and uncomfortable. ”

• Nice and friendly employees.
• Rooms a little run down.

“Everyone working at the hotel we're very friendly and the breakfast was nice. Nothing fancy, but nice. The rooms were a little run down, but the minifridge was a great surprise. We had no hot water on the first day (hotel was quite full), but had plenty for the rest of our stay. The friendliness of the staff greatly overshadowed the small problems of the hotel. I would certainly stay here again.”

• Had a good breakfast.
• We had to be moved to a cleaner room, 2nd one was ok, but not great.

“First room we were given had hairs all over the bathroom, sink, tub, toilet. Toilet wouldn't flush. Floor was dirty and smelled like urine. 2nd room was okay, but floor could have been cleaner and shower curtain was moldy. Toilet wasn't clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good and it was clean there. Noticed there was a shelf of games available.”

• No swimming pool, inconvenient location.

“I was pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel but disappointed that it did not have a pool. The hot tub area was nice, and the facility was clean and well kept up.”

• Not very clean and the water was Luke warm.

“Nothing positive to say so wont say anything. I have stayed at many days inn, and this one certainly was not up to the standards of the others.”
