“Was pleased with my stay.” Aug 5, 2008 by
Melanie from Dilworth, MN
“We had a great time here. The outdoor pool was great, the indoor pool was cold, the air conditioner was not very good, our room was hot most of the time, we had some trouble checking in. They allowed pets but only on first floor.” Jun 2, 2008 by
Andy from Centennial, CO
“Great hotel for kids; not that great if you don't have them. Should replace double beds with queens.” Jun 1, 2008 by
Teelah from Eckert, CO
“Very attractive, clean, comfortable--although if you spend your stay during the summer, bring a portable fan along with you to cool down your room or else spend most of your time in the hallways and public spaces. Very conveniently located to airport, restaurants, and quick access to most areas of the city. Quiet. Allows pets.” May 21, 2008 by
Jeremy from Sterling, CO
“This hotel was in a great location. The room was nice except the temperature in the room was way to hot. The air conditioner was not working or something and the windows are not ones that you can open.” Sep 26, 2007 by
Jerry from Redwood City, CA
“This is an excellent hotel with a very pleasant and helpful staff. The restaurant seemed to be understaffed but the workers were very courteous and efficient under difficult circumstances. Our big disappointment was that the staff was unable to adjust our room rate to the group rate granted to the anniversary party that cost $10 per night.” Aug 5, 2007 by

“Overall we enjoyed this hotel. We had stayed in several others over the last couple weeks and thought this was the best. Until- we realized that the air conditioner wasn't working properly. We thought it was user error and adjusted the thermostat on the wall a few times but it didn't work. We chose not to notify the front desk because we didn't want to switch rooms. The pool outside and inside was very warm and comfortable for us and our children. We would stay in this hotel again, and we would recommend to friends.” Jul 29, 2007 by
Joy from Covington, KY
“A heavy set male desk clerk was extremely rude and uncooperative.” Jul 5, 2007 by
Lorie from Page, AZ
“When we arrived at the hotel, I checked in and asked for a bell cart. The girl at the front desk told me that the bellman was busy so she would meet me at the B door with a bell cart. She never showed up. I waited for a while with my kids. We had been traveling for 7 hours, and we were ready to get out of the van. I had to go get the bell cart myself. When we walked into the room, it seemed very small. But it had everything we needed except for a fridge, so I had to go to the store and buy a cooler for milk for my baby. However, I got a fridge the very next day. I was glad we were allowed to have pets, we brought our dog. The room was clean and quiet. We had an incident with the neighbor banging on our wall because my baby was crying, so I left a night early, but the front desk was curtious and understanding and refunded my one night in cash. Our hotel experience at The Holiday Inn wasn't the greatest. I would recommend a family getting a larger room. I probably won't stay there again.” Jul 27, 2006 by
Fran from Estes Park, CO
“The room prices have gone up and the services have gone down. The hotel has eliminated the discounted breakfast entirely and the restaurant prices have increased.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Hotel Representatives:
