“Bummer that hotel swimming pool doesn't open until 10am. Air conditioning was bad -- poured out onto one bed and daughter caught cold as a result. Music in lobby was horrible. Very outdated. Old fashioned place, but overall clean.” Apr 6, 2009 by
Wendy from Harlingen,TX
“The microwave was dirty when we checked in, dirty towels were often removed during housekeeping service.” Sep 11, 2008 by

“It was dingy, dirty, hair in the bathroom, trash cans were dirty, room smelled bad. I expected a higher standard on the room due to the price and will not stay there again.” Oct 19, 2007 by
Dawn from Aspen, CO
“It's a great place to stay if you have money to throw away. The rooms weren't quiet, and the decor was terrible.” Sep 19, 2007 by
Clinton from Imperial, CA
“It was ok.” Sep 12, 2007 by
Mindy from Meeker, CO
“I'm not happy. I reserved rooms for two nights and due to a conflict with my schedule, I could not check in the first night but called the hotel to let them know. They said it would be fine and would hold my reservation for the 2nd night. When I attempted to check in the 2nd night of the reservation, they did not have a room and had no record of me calling the previous day.” Sep 7, 2007 by
Kim from Ft Collins, CO
“Although the location was excellent the room was not clean the sheets were disgusting and the toilet was filthy. It definitely was not a 2 or 3 star hotel.” Jul 11, 2007 by
Denise from St. George, UT
“I was surprised that Ramada wouldn't have a continental breakfast provided but enjoyed having a small refrigerator and microwave available. I also appreciated the grassy area for pets to do their business since I brought my dog on this vacation. The staff was friendly and helpful with directions to the Colorado Monument.” May 19, 2007 by
Judy from Longmont, CO
“Grand junction has been in a hotel boom and those that have been there forever are reaping the benefits without the cost of upgrading. ” Apr 14, 2007 by
Walt from Longmont, CO
“Would never stay there again, not clean, stale smell in room.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Sep 30, 2006 by

“We would not stay here again. The hotel lobby is very nice and clean give a false perception that the rooms would be the same. The room smelled like bug spray, the beds were old and extremely uncomfortable, the blankets were old and horrible. The bathroom was the highlight, it was clean and the water pressure and hot water were great. Obviously the owner of this hotel is too cheap to replace the beds, which needed replacing many years ago. I could not wait to get out of there, not to mention that there is no access to rooms from an outside staircase, you access from inside. The carpet was also very old and should have been replaced years ago. Very outdated and uncomfortable overall. Do not recommend.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Aug 29, 2006 by

“Needs new carpet through the halls. Needs updates including new beds and new TVs, not to mention updated decor.” Aug 28, 2006 by
Chris from Lisbon, IA
“The Ramada surprised me at how clean and bright it was, and the staff was very friendly. The only thing I did not like is that they do not have a fitness center, but provide a pass to a local fitness center, which is great. However, the Ramada only has one” Jul 20, 2006 by
Mary from Mesa, AZ
“I enjoyed my stay it was nice to have the patio door for easy access to my car without having to walk through the whole hotel to get out. the staff was very great.” May 25, 2006 by
Donald from Westminster, CO
“I travel 3 times a week throughout US and this hotel exceeded my expectations for what I paid. I will come back again, even if it is a little away from business areas I usually frequent.” Apr 14, 2006 by
Kris from Craig, CO
“Overall the stay was nice and comfortable. They had very friendly staff and were very helpful with questions about grand junction.” Feb 21, 2006 by

“Fair, but the staff did not seem to be very attentive. Clean and roomy, no frills.” Sep 29, 2004 by
John P. from Denver, CO “The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms and decor were a bit run down. The Ramada seemed more like a 70s era motel. The location is great, the room was adequate, and we had a nice stay.” Sep 21, 2004 by
Kerrilyn S. from Pleasant Grove “We call the hotel to confirm our stay. We changed the bed from king size to two queens. Got there and they said they changed it, but did not and would not change it. There was dried urine on the toilet seat and it would not stop flushing. Would not send someone up to fix it. Had to remove the lid and drop the flapper manually to stop the toilet from flushing.” Sep 21, 2004 by
