• Liked continental breakfast that came with the room.
• The air conditioning was pouring out onto our kids beds -- daughter got cold as result. Music in lobby was horrible!

“Bummer that hotel swimming pool doesn't open until 10am. Air conditioning was bad -- poured out onto one bed and daughter caught cold as a result. Music in lobby was horrible. Very outdated. Old fashioned place, but overall clean.”

• The staff was very friendly, outgoing and helpful.
• Room was dirty, smelled bad, hair in bathroom, way overpriced.

“It was dingy, dirty, hair in the bathroom, trash cans were dirty, room smelled bad. I expected a higher standard on the room due to the price and will not stay there again.”

“I'm not happy. I reserved rooms for two nights and due to a conflict with my schedule, I could not check in the first night but called the hotel to let them know. They said it would be fine and would hold my reservation for the 2nd night. When I attempted to check in the 2nd night of the reservation, they did not have a room and had no record of me calling the previous day.”

• It had a very nice pool and good location. I enjoyed the refrigerator and microwave.
• No room for a cot in the room.

“I was surprised that Ramada wouldn't have a continental breakfast provided but enjoyed having a small refrigerator and microwave available. I also appreciated the grassy area for pets to do their business since I brought my dog on this vacation. The staff was friendly and helpful with directions to the Colorado Monument.”

• Moved me from a smoking room to a non smoking room without fuss.
• Reservation had been for non smoking room, 1st night I had to stay in smoking room.

“Grand junction has been in a hotel boom and those that have been there forever are reaping the benefits without the cost of upgrading. ”

• The staff was friendly and coffee was provided in the lobby in the morning at 6am.
• The worst beds I have ever slept on and the stench was unacceptable.

“We would not stay here again. The hotel lobby is very nice and clean give a false perception that the rooms would be the same. The room smelled like bug spray, the beds were old and extremely uncomfortable, the blankets were old and horrible. The bathroom was the highlight, it was clean and the water pressure and hot water were great. Obviously the owner of this hotel is too cheap to replace the beds, which needed replacing many years ago. I could not wait to get out of there, not to mention that there is no access to rooms from an outside staircase, you access from inside. The carpet was also very old and should have been replaced years ago. Very outdated and uncomfortable overall. Do not recommend.”

• Clean shower and bath.
• The bed was horrible - hard and could feel the springs.

• Location was very good, and the hotel was exceptionally clean,,...better than the Grand vista I stayed at last time.
• Only one fitness pass to share among all the guests.

“The Ramada surprised me at how clean and bright it was, and the staff was very friendly. The only thing I did not like is that they do not have a fitness center, but provide a pass to a local fitness center, which is great. However, the Ramada only has one”

• Clean with a nice pool.
• No bar.

“I enjoyed my stay it was nice to have the patio door for easy access to my car without having to walk through the whole hotel to get out. the staff was very great.”

• Excellent quality, restaurants and service compared to others in this class.
• Pool very busy, large grounds may be too much for some.

“I travel 3 times a week throughout US and this hotel exceeded my expectations for what I paid. I will come back again, even if it is a little away from business areas I usually frequent.”

• Wi-fi never worked, hot tub closed early, staff not helpful.

“The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms and decor were a bit run down. The Ramada seemed more like a 70s era motel. The location is great, the room was adequate, and we had a nice stay.”

“We call the hotel to confirm our stay. We changed the bed from king size to two queens. Got there and they said they changed it, but did not and would not change it. There was dried urine on the toilet seat and it would not stop flushing. Would not send someone up to fix it. Had to remove the lid and drop the flapper manually to stop the toilet from flushing.”

“Nice hotel, nice room, comfortable bed, very reasonable price! Good restaurant adjacent. The carpet seemed a little dingy and I wish I had thought to call the hotel to see if a non-smoking room was available. Otherwise, no problems!”
