• Friendly service, clean facilities, good atmosphere.
• Breakfast could be better.

“Facilities & staff were great, very clean and friendly. Breakfast was ok, but not really what I expected for the price. Not much fresh food, just pastries, yogurt, and some semi-gross Jimmy dean microwaveable breakfast sandwiches.

• Everything was perfect except for one thing
• We did not get a morning paper

“As morning papers are part of the service there, it seemed wrong that we didnt' get one. But everything else about this hotel was perfect ... absolutely perfect.”

• A little way off Expressway

• My 9 and 11 year old kids remarked the people here are very friendly.
• Nothing.

• Room wasn't fully prepared; i.e., no face towels & wash cloths

“The room was average. There were several times that I exited the hotel and all the lobby staff were standing outside smoking cigarettes. This was especially disappointing because I am highly allergic to cigarette smoke. When I exited or returned, if I was carrying something, none moved forward to help with the door, something I feel as highly rude.”
