• I really didn't like anything about this motel.

“This motel was okay. The front door had a huge gap underneath where the wind was blowing in. So we put pillows up against the door to keep the room warm. The bathroom door would not shut at all, the heater in the room was barely warm. I would not recommend this motel to anyone and I will not stay there again.”

• Smoky room even tho supposed to be non-smoking.

“Will never stay in this kind of hotel again. Smoky even tho the manager said it wasn't. He must not have allergies.”

• Rooms were clean and beds were nice.
• The pool, which was why I chose the hotel, was being repaired.

“The stay was just fine. It was your basic hotel, no frills, but no surprises. The room was clean and everything was just fine, except I could not sit out by the pool and relax because they were doing work on it. This disappointed me, but the stay was fine nevertheless.”

• Nothing - Will never stay there again.

“The hotel was a bit run down and outdated. The staff was ok. The toilet was messed up. The room could have been cleaner but was passable. We were waked up at midnight when a woman was screaming in the next room. The Gallup Police Department showed up and arrested several people from the room. A paddy wagon showed up to put the arrested people in it. It was quite dramatic and went on for about an hour. The area the hotel is in is quite seedy.”

• The staff was courteous and efficient.
• I did not appreciate the hair between the pillows and the sheets-I slept with my clothes on and used my jacket as a blanket.

“A normally clean hotel with some housekeeping issues.”
