• Staff was friendly.
• The hair stuck to the bathroom door, and that the shower head only came up to my chest.

“This hotel is old, and poorly maintained. The bathroom in my room was small and cramped. The shower head was very low in the shower, it hit me at chest level. The bathroom was dirty, there was hair stuck to the bathroom door, however the bed had clean sheets, yet it was very bouncy. When the people were walking around in the room above us, it sounded like they dancing in ski boots, which they might have been I guess.”

“This is a nice rustic sort of older hotel that has a variety of ammenities and is near town center and ski resorts. I enjoyed my stay at the Jackson Hole Lodge.”

• Condo's are very nice & clean, hotel is very convenient, friendly staff
• Not at the Jackson Hole ski resort

“Before we went to the Jackson Hole Lodge in Feb. 2005, I had read a few bad reviews of the hotel and I was a bit worried about going there. When my family arrived, the people there were very nice, the lobby as clean and nicely decorated, and we loved our room. We rented a 2 room condo and really enjoyed the room. The appliances in the room were somewhat out-dated, but the room itself was very well appointed. Everything had a cool Cowboy feel to it, the beds were very nice and comfortable, and everything worked fine. The location of the hotel is just a few blocks from Town Square, but in the winter, you would probably rather walk into town if you want to go to the great restaurants and bars down there. It was about a 10 minute or so drive to the Jackson Hole Ski Resort, and across the street from the hotel is a nice convenience store, a couple restaurants, gas station, etc ... The hotel also has a decent pool, 2 hot tubs, and a sauna in a separate building within the complex. We really enjoyed our stay at the Jackson Hole Lodge, and we would recommend it to anyone. I did not see the hotel rooms, but I have heard that they have been recently remodeled as well. If possible, take one of the condo's - they are reasonably priced and quite nice!”
