• Within walking distance of downtown Jackson Hole. Only 3 blocks.
• Felt cheap and out dated. But the only affordable hotel I could find in Jackson Hole.

“Overall not too bad of a place. It is expensive, but considering you are in Jackson Hole, it is cheap compared to other hotels. I would probably stay there again as long as prices do not increase much more than where they are currently.”

• The staff was very accommodating to our needs.
• the room was billed as non-smoking but smelled strongly of cigarettes towels bedding etc.

“I am a seasoned traveler; I was somewhat disappointed at the price of this hotel considering the age and absence of amenities that you would expect for the area. A remodeling of the entire motel is needed.”

• Walking distance from the center of Jackson.
• Rooms rather plain.

• Close to town so we could walk, very quiet and clean.
• Not enough parking for the hotel.

• It was cheap for the area.
• If it wasn't right in Jackson, you could have stayed for almost 1/2 the price.

“Parking was very tough, (we had to park on the street), rooms were constructed with cheap materials and were clean and very basic but in comparison to the others. If you were just tired and in need of a bed with not much care for anything else, this is your room. But if you are traveling with your lady, you should probably upgrade.”

• We liked nothing about this hotel.
• There was not one employee at the hotel who knew what 'manners' or customer service was.

“The worst customer service we have ever received in a hotel. Absolutely astonishing. Please do not stay here. You will be very disappointed it was hard not to let the hotel and staff ruin our trip.”

• Easy walk to the Square, shopping, dining etc.
• NOISY

“Good value in the heart of Jackson. Basic, but clean rooms. Ask for a room away from the main road, otherwise it's REALLY noisy.”

• The pool area / lighting in the vanity area.

“Good location, friendly staff, clean, noisy air conditioner, not enough parking, needs a continental breakfast area, pricey for this type of hotel but then it was Jackson Hole.”

• It was in a good location for us, our rooms were right next to each other.
• Our rooms were upstairs.

• I could check out early and receive refund for unused nights.
• Old, Could hear the people above walking in their room, Noisy especially at night, management would do nothing about noisy guests.

“See above. Also the room above had a leak in the bathroom or the tub ran over and the water ran down into our bathroom!!”

• The view of mountains and crisp air in the morning.
• Nothing.

“We were very pleased with the Hotel, the room, the stay, and mostly the view and location. We even saw a bull-moose coming into town. We had access to restaurant across the street without getting in car. Very clean and professional.”

• The location to the tourist section of town was nice.
• We were not given rooms next door, they were cold, as was the pool. The price was not discounted for off season! Not even continental breakfast!

“This motel is small, but on the main street. Easy on and off. The pool is refreshing for summer time, but if the weather is cold outside, not very comfortable. The maids did a good job with cleaning and replacing towels.”
