• Upgraded to suite with fireplace.

• The beds were nice and big and there were plenty of pillows in the room.
• The lighting in the room was poor and if you were reading you had to sit really close to a lamp.

“The rooms were nice and large but the entry could have been bigger. At time the people outside were very loud and at times the people next to us could be hear.”

• Easy access to our room.
• It is Jackson and it is the summer so it is expensive.

“Bathroom smelled like sour dishrags, noisy, dirty lobby, carpets had not been vacuumed, found prior occupants prescription pills on the floor thank goodness I did not have small children. Breakfast area smelled.”

• Location.
• High cost for what we got, extremely poor breakfast..

“The hotel was comfortable and though the suite we had was large it lacked the amenities you would expect for that high a cost. They had a large tour group in and even though we got to the breakfast 10 minutes after it opened there was no food left. Poor planning on the hotels part. When I complained they gave me $10 off the room which was an effort to get. I would try a different hotel if I was going to stay in this area.”

• Somewhat noisy, but nothing out of the ordinary.

• Good location - within walking distance of dent.
• Way overpriced, even for Jackson.

• Clean, convenience, very comfortable beds, very nice.
• Bath tub faucet had small leaking & grout needed filling in spots, maybe rooms need checked more often for detail maintenance.

“We would highly recommend this hotel and plan on staying there again when in Jackson, WY.”

• It was clean and spacious.
• The staff was uncooperative and hot tubs closed early.

“The staff became uncooperative when a problem was reported. They also refused to allow access to the hot tubs at time convenient for guests. They would kick the guests out of the tubs and close them no matter how many people were there to use the facilities. I will not stay there again.”

• Free continental complimentary breakfast.
• Overpriced.

“The hotel's room space is a little cramped but still clean, the staff is friendly and helpful and the breakfast is good.”
