“I am reading some of these reviews and wondering if we are talking about the same place. I have stayed in many fine hotels, Inns, etc. This hotel, while not elegant, more than satisfied our needs. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff was accommodating. Yes, the floors did creak above us. It is an older hotel and yes, there was no elevator to the third floor, which was somewhat of an inconvenience. The breakfast was more than adequate in the morning. It was a satisfactory experience. Sometimes life is all about attitude. We started our vacation there and ended our vacation there. The whole trip was exhilarating.” Oct 9, 2009 by
Larry from Corona CA
“An older motel but gives basic room at a great price. I would stay here again if spending a day or two to visit the parks. No elevator and not super close to Town Center but certainly OK, if you can climb steps and drive around town.” Oct 8, 2009 by
Lisa from Huntington Beach,CA
“Horrible, TV didn't work, no elevator or handicap accessibility to rooms. Rude attendants who were not knowledgeable at all about the area.” Sep 14, 2009 by
Rollie from Green Forest,AR
“We reserved a non smoking queen, we were given a smoking, they exchanged that for a different room. Second room the key did not work, come to find out room was already occupied. Finally after climbing up and down 3 flights (no elevator) they gave us a third room on the first floor.” Sep 9, 2008 by
John from Missoula, MT
“Our non-smoking room smelled like an ash tray, the "view" was of the storage unit parking lot where the hoodlums hung out and smoked pot, the bed was terrible, there was no screen on the window, but the check in was quick.” Aug 22, 2008 by
Brody from Vernal, UT
“This hotel was just nasty and old. It needs to be updated. The outside security doors wouldn't lock. The location was good. I would recommend paying a little more and staying somewhere else.” Jul 31, 2008 by
Kathleen from Arvada, CO
“The hotel is not clean by any standards and noise from the second storey room above ours was extremely loud, just from people walking around, not wild partying! I would give this place a lower rating, if there were one available and would never stay there again.” Jul 31, 2008 by
Megan from Washington, DC
“It's what you'd expect from a motel except the price, which was expensive.” Jun 3, 2008 by
Judith from Ft. Myers, FL
“Nice location and the staff was quite friendly, even changing our room so that we didn't have to walk upstairs and this was fairly late in the evening. The staff also gave us good directions to our next destination - they were knowledgeable and friendly.” Dec 31, 2007 by
Cheri from Montpelier, ID
“Good price, great location, fun western atmosphere. Excellent continental breakfast. Also enjoyed the free popcorn.” Oct 6, 2007 by
Karen from Redding, CA
“This is an average room, nothing to rave about. Clean, good service and location. We were on the 2nd of 3 floors. Our ceiling squeaked from people walking around in the room above. It was very noisy. For that reason I would not stay here again.” Sep 13, 2007 by
Melanie from Layton, UT
“This would be a decent bare-bones place to stay if you can't find anything else which is the situation we were in. It was kind of ridiculous but we were there when there was a big bike race in town and they were the only place with a room left.” Aug 13, 2007 by
Bonnie from Houston, TX
“No elevator, continental breakfast was marginal and no pool or hot tubs that I could tell. They did allow for a late checkout which was good.” Jul 27, 2007 by
Lili C. from Salt Lake City, UT
“The hotel is clean and comfortable. But the environment and room settings don't match its high price.” Jan 30, 2007 by
Chad from Ten Sleep, WY
“Good hotel for the price. Helped us in a pinch.” Jul 25, 2005 by

“Jackson is an expensive hotel market. However, if you just want a clean room without lots of extras, this is a great place to stay- and by far, the least expensive hotel we found in the area. With easy access to Grand Teton NP and Teton Village, it is convenient for sightseeing and outdoor activities. It is right on the main highway, and provided exactly what we needed. ” 2 of 2 people found this review helpful.Hotel Representatives:
