• Comfortable, clean, plush.
• Weird pillow arrangement on the beds.

“We had a tough time finding the hotel because our directions led us through the park, and it was dark so we thought we had gotten lost. Also, I called ahead to make sure I could check into the hotel late and was told that I would have to go to a hotel next door because the main lobby would be closed. I would not have known that if I hadn't called. But these are both very minor. We LOVED this hotel!”

• Beautiful hotel and excellent staff.

“This was a beautiful ski lodge with large rooms and very comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and even though the ski season was over, the hotel was a very nice place to stay and not far from Jackson Hole.”

• Comfy beds & pillows and it was very quiet. We slept well.
• There was no person to check us out in the morning.

“Overall we had a great stay. It was very pet friendly where we could let our puppy exercise and have a good time. We slept well which is difficult for us normally. No businesses were open in the off season, so food choices were nil. When we left in the morning there was nobody in the office until 9:00 am, so we could not get our receipt, which makes us uneasy.”

• Checking out of it.
• Nearly impossible to find in dark, rooms small
  and dirty and there was
  no AC.

“Nearly impossible to find this hotel in the dark, if you are unfamiliar. No lighting in the area to speak of. Staff was friendly, but extremely confusing layout and directions to room. We had to go back to the lobby and ask for a guide! Room was small, tub was stained and woodwork was dirty and ancient stand alone AC unit with warning on it not to move because it leaks! (Glad we didn't need it) There was gap under door due to missing trim. When the adjoining room occupants were in the bathroom I would have sworn they were in mine! I could hear them taking pills out of a bottle. Lobby area and pool lovely, but closes at 10:00.”

• Hard to find, poor setting, poor exterior.

• Great location, excellent sushi restaurant, good sized room.
• Outside was a bit shabby, housekeeping was very late.

“My wife, daughter, and I stayed here after finishing Lotoja. Excellent location at the base of Jackson Hole Ski Resort. The exterior is a little run down, but interiors of the rooms were clean and up-to-date. Housekeeping ran late on Sunday, but we only needed towels for the next day, so it wasn't a big deal. The room was spacious and clean, and the kitchenette and fold-out couch were nice. All in all an excellent value for the money.”

• Very dangerous road leading up to hotel, thin walls.

• Good location, clean and quiet. Great place to sleep and go enjoy hiking the Teton.
• No breakfast, although breakfast can be found near by.

“The hotel is not wonderful or something you'll remember, but it is clean and quiet and it provided us with what we needed: a quiet place to rest while enjoying hiking in the Teton and traveling to Yellowstone.”

• Great setting and location.
• Poor room location Very poor lighting, not the cleanest.

• Bathroom were a little dated--mainly the bath tub and tile.

“Hotel is a resort hotel at a ski resort. It is a little older than some of the other facilities next door. However, it is nice.”

• The value for dollar was good at this location, layout of the hotel is rambling therefore not crowded.
• Fair amount of noise heard through adjoining room door.

“I would stay here again, I would recommend it to a friend. the kids loved the pool and the location was good.”

• The staff was excellent.
• Original rooms smelled musty and were in bad locations.

“The initial room was musty and smelly. I complained about the room. The next room the location was right next to the elevator. I complained again. This time they upgraded me. The room was very nice but worn. The carpet was worn and pulled up in some areas. The rest of the room was comfortable with a nice view. Most of the previous rooms had no views (other than into the center of the building. All in all, I would not recommend the hotel. I have to give the staff kudos though. I am a difficult customer and they did satisfy me in the end.”

• No place to sit outside.

“Location was good, but needs some work, pools were closed and being repainted, no water in them yet, our room was clean, but our window faced an area that was being excavated, outside steps were worn and uneven causing tripping, only restaurant now open was sushi, which we were not interested in, the faucets were installed backwards with the cold on the left in the kitchen and bathroom.”

• Location at bottom of slope next to the Gondola. Great for hiking into the mountain.
• Leaky tub, toilet flush is weak. Made of all wood, sounds like buffalo herd was upstairs, but livable.

“Great place for a short 2-3 night stay during early summer (June 08). Location at south entrance to GTNP at Wilson-Moose is very convenient for hiking and wildlife spotting. Gondola ride to the top is a must. Walk up the trails/slopes. Watch out for bears.”

• Mountain views.
• Most important amenities were not working.

“Our two nights in the inn at Jackson Hole were supposed to be the "treat" toward the end of a cross-country relocation/driving trip, with all other stops definitely budget-minded. The location of the Inn is definitely beautiful, at the base of the Tetons. Our room, though, was dark and seemed marginally maintained. The biggest disappointment (for me) was that the hot tub I'd looked forward to relaxing in after the long drive was not working. My daughter had also looked forward to being in a place she'd have wireless internet access, which also did not work. The front desk staff just said they were having some issues with both (no apologies!) and suggested we use the outdoor pool instead with temps in the 30's and 40's, even a heated pool is not so attractive without the hot tub!”

• Beauty of the mountains behind the hotel.
• No handrails on the steps or ramp leading up to the front entrance.

“Parking lot was close to the entrance. No elevator to our second floor room. The room tax/fees was considerable less than the fees charged in the city of Jackson! Beautiful location with easy access to the entrance of Teton National Park and Visitors Center. Great value-will definitely come for a future visit.”

• Quiet room.
• Front desk personnel was rude and short with us and other quests that were asking questions.

“The hotel needed some minor repairs, room air conditioner never got cool, but cycled air to keep it from getting stuffy, towel bar fell off in my hand when I tried to hang up a towel. Pool was not open, and per other guest, they were told it would be open in a few hours three days before. It appears at this time to be having problems, and is not the best place to stay, but in a pinch, will do. The price was right. It made our trip affordable.”

• Location is great, near restaurants & shopping in quiet, residential neighborhood.
• Toilets and sinks didn't drain, dirty floors and walls. Overall gross.

“We used to live in Wyoming and have always loved Teton Village. The Best Western at Teton Village was a huge disappointment! ”
