  like that a small refrigerator and microwave were supplied with the room.

“The room was ample sized, clean, overall a great room. We were provided with a small refrigerator and a microwave. Walking distance (we walked 2 blocks to claim jumper) to restaurants (next street over for Mexican.”

• The breakfast was great and the rooms were big with a wonderful view from the top floor.
• Nothing.

“Hotel Clarion is a real value with a great location and includes refrigerator, iron and ironing board, microwave, coffee pot, hair dryer, twin queen size beds, a fantastic view through it's double wide windows with beautiful curtains and carpet and bedspreads. Has cable TV with HBO. Excellent value for the money. It is a little difficult to negotiate as there are different building within the property.”

• Noise level - majority of use appeared to be young military personnel.

• Excellent value, clean, friendly, hot cooked breakfast and social hour.
• No faults at all.

“Photo does not do room justice, up-to-date furnishings. Clean, friendly, free hot cooked breakfast, cheap social hour. Definitely recommend this hotel and would return.”

• The room conveniences: iron, coffee pot, refrigerator, etc.
• We couldn't get a poolside room.

• The pool was wonderful, clean, and well maintained.
• The outside was not much to look at. It was in need of repair.

“I was pleasantly surprised that the beds were very comfortable and the pool was well maintained. I was a little worried because the outside of the hotel was in need of repairs and was not much to look at. The staff was very nice and helpful, especially the evening staff member that went out of his way to help with my daughter's computer problems.”

• I loved the full breakfast, the large pool and the great service and friendly workers.
• On the bottom floor was rather noise by the pool area.

“This was a wonderful hotel for the price, a great location and a great staff and breakfast . Loved the big size pool where I could actually swim laps.”

• I liked the idea of having a kitchen with fridge and oven. The room was very nice and large with a balcony.
• Did not like the breakfast. The potatoes were mushy and the bacon was not quite done.

“Overall it was a nice stay. The pool felt great, but needed towels out at the pool. I will definitely be staying there again. Thanks.”

• The price was good.
• The hotel just didn't look neat and it was very small for the 2 beds we had in the room.

“I wouldn't stay here again but, it served it's purpose of a bed to sleep so that we could check out and travel the next day rested.”

• Very clean, nice looking.
• Walls were paper thin.

“Neighbors were complaining of loud noises from my room and my television was not even on and I was on a private call on my phone and supposedly that was too loud. Even hotel staff stated that they have this complaint about 3-4 times a week that other guests are too loud.”

• For the price it was what I was expecting, the best part was breakfast.
• The in room coffee was horrible, not enough creamer either.

• The continental breakfast can be better served

“This hotel is surely a good place to stay in terms of the money you spend. Everything was good to me. Yet, the continental breakfast was not enough for me.”

• Clean rooms and excellent friendly front desk clerk.
• Hallways rundown, noisy barking dog, and kids running the hallways.

“The front desk clerk both at check-in and check-out were excellent and friendly. The value for the money was good. Rooms were kept clean and staff courteous. A very busy hotel that appeared to have a high occupancy rate every night I stayed with them.”

• The price of the hotel was worth the stay. They actually had hot breakfast. Pool & spa were nice. Good central location. Not bad for the price.
• My room was very far away from the pool and lobby area. The hallways were a little dark and did smell of cigarette smoke.

“Overall a good place to stay at a good price. Located in the middle of Tucson and they have hot breakfast and not muffins and fruit only. The pool and spa were nice and the spa worked which I find a problem at other hotels. Rooms were clean. The hallways were a little dark. I would have requested a room closer to the pool and lobby area. I would recommend to friends and family as a good place to stay.”

• Free breakfast included with our stay; coffee maker, microwave and fridge in room.
• Tile in bathroom was slippery in our street shoes as well as our bare feet.

“I was pleased with our stay. the staff was friendly and the price was excellent with the free breakfast included. the queen beds were very comfortable. I will consider this hotel on my next visit to the Tucson area.”

• Location, right down street from tennis center.
• Didn't have working TV.

“Everything was good except the TV. It had like no channels, when it was supposed to have like 30. I was very displeased and even asked the front desk to fix it (and they said someone would come, which they never did). Doesn't sound like a big problem, but when I wasn't on business, TV was the only thing for me and I couldn't enjoy that at all. Wish I could have some money back that made my nights suck!”

• It is an average hotel, clean.
• Strong odor in the room like a disinfectant.

“I would recommend the hotel. The only problem I found was the strong odor in the room, like some disinfectant or similar. It was a non-smoking room.”
