• I liked the mattress.
• The front desk didn't give me good driving directions.

• Close to airport yet was quiet enough to not know it.

“Staff were very helpful. They had a list of area restaurants sorted by ethnicity and were quick with recommendations. Very quiet hotel and well appointed rooms. The room we stayed in was recently renovated except for the bathroom, which was a little dated. The pool and hot tub area looked inviting although was not used during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.”

• The friendly staff.
• Bed bugs, some type of bed mites.

“I will never stay at a Marriott hotel again. The sheet continued to come off the bed which left us exposed to the mattress. I woke up with bug bites on my neck, face and shoulder. In addition, the bathroom was not clean. The hotel was quick to clean the room but the damage was already done.”

• Clean, spacious, close to the airport.
• The shuttle did not run after 11:30 pm.

“Overall, this hotel was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby area was very spacious and clean. The rooms were clean and quiet. The location was great--close to the airport and a short drive to town.”

• The bed was very comfortable!
• The floor above room 101 squeezed loudly when others on 2nd floor walked on it! Woke us up.

“This hotel is conveniently located by the Tucson Airport but we never heard the planes. The beds are very comfortable, but the room did not have a microwave or fridge in it. The exercise room was one of the best around, (for this level of hotel), very clean with individual TVs for every machine. We did not each breakfast at the hotel but there is a Denny's and Waffle House within walking distance too. If you wake easily, get a top level room because on the ground floor, you can easily heard footsteps of the guests above you and the footsteps we heard were accompanied with loud squeezing of the floors. Other than that, it was a very nice stay and we will stay here again if given the choice.”

“I have stayed in this hotel several times. It is always clean; the rooms are well appointed and attractive. The staff is friendly and professional. The location is excellent for convenience to the Tucson Airport.”

• This hotel was clean, well designed and new.
• They were lacking a few personal items like lotion and conditioner in the hotel room.

“This hotel was a nice stay apart from the surroundings of South Tucson. It's in a good location right next to the airport. The hotel was nice and clean, no complaints about any amenities. Everything worked and was there that was needed. Excellent and safe hotel.”

• Rachel at the front desk was wonderful.
• The alarm clock was set to the middle of the night and couldn't be turned off.

“Great location close to airport. Shuttle buses available and running whenever you need them. Clean. Work out room was workable. Cookies are good. I would stay again.”

• they couldn`t find the keys of the safety boxes and waited too much

• I liked the cleanliness, the staff was helpful and the pool was clean and nice.
• There wasn't anything I didn't like.

“Every time I come to this hotel, it is consistently clean, a feeling of good management, and they treat you nicely. Their rooms are comfortable and usable.”

• Great breakfast - great service!
• Expected MORE for the PRICE

“Great location, friendly staff - clean & nice. Best of all QUIET - you could sleep late (only 1 day did the cleaning ladies make enough noise to wake us up) Great breakfast - love the yogert, bagels - great variety. Great mexican resturant within walking distance - and others nearby. Just wish it was a little cheaper...”

• Our room only had 1 comfortable chair to set in, there was 2 of us.

“Rooms were very comfortable, the pool and spa were clean, the elevator was appreciated, the staff was very accommodating, and we were able to check in early as we got into town earlier than we thought.”

• Maid service did not put everything away. i.e. phone books

“The Courtyard was very clean, and quiet. Check-in was quick and easy. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The only thing to complain about was a lack of hot water for my morning shower. Still I would recommend it to friends.”
