• The customer service was excellent..
• There was a large group of traveling students at the hotel who were noisy and rude.

“I arrived in the midst of a snow storm at 11:00 am, far too early for check in but they were very accommodating and got me in right away. The staff was excellent. Although not technically the hotel's fault, there was a large group of traveling students staying at the hotel who were screaming and running in the halls.”

• They allowed pets and put us in an area of the hotel that was easy for us to exercise and have access to the outside.
• There seems to be nothing that I didn't like.

“Very gracious, accommodating, pet friendly, clean, wonderful beds, great amenities, super coffee, quiet, beautiful lobby, great room service. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone needing a great place to call it a night.”

• Bed was great, food in the restaurant was really good and not overpriced.
• No snack vending machines, no mini fridge.

“Bed was very comfortable, service from everyone was absolutely excellent the staff were incredibly accomodating each time I called on them. I'm going back in April!”

• No fridge, no breakfast.

“Not as good as the Holiday Inns we stayed-in before. One dirty towel was in the ice bucket when we checked in the room. Didn't know if it was the fault for the previous room quest or the cleaning staff. But overall it's not a bad hotel.”

• The location.
• The room and the restaurant were a big disappointment. Since 2 stars are the highest rating for Bozeman this hotel needs to step it up.

“This hotel did not even have an elevator. You have to use the emergency stair wells to get from 2nd to 1st floor. I travel to Bozeman weekly and will not stay at the Holiday Inn. The restaurant was awful as was the service. If I wanted to stay in a hotel without any amenities I could have stayed in a room for allot less. Would not recommend.”

• Friendly staff, nice lobby with beautiful fireplace.
• Did not have free rolls or coffee, did not offer microwave upon check in.

“Nice location to businesses and Downtown, easy access to main hi way. Older hotel with older mattresses and bedding, outdated and worn bathroom fixtures. Upon check in, it would've been nice to know they offer microwaves for the rooms.”

• I honestly can't think of any thing to say unless it was the fact they allowed dogs to swim in the pool with their owners. We watched this happen.
• Mold in bathroom in tub and shower curtain and no working smoke detector in room.

“The bathroom tub had mold around the side and the shower curtain was also covered in green spots about half way up. They did come in and change the shower curtain when we called them, and they let us know that next year the room was being renovated, also no working smoke alarm and a dog was taking a swim in the pool. This was not my worst experience. But it did rank in the top ten. Management was not helpful. Check out was not pleasant either.”

• The entrance and foyer were well designed that gave an inviting and comfortable feeling.
• The wireless internet signal was very weak from the back side of the building.

“Very helpful staff. Courteous and neatly dressed. The hotel had great business accommodations such as internet access and a business center that allowed for the completion of work that includes form design and printing necessities.”

• Location was good, staff was friendly.
• The bedding was awful.

“The pool was nice. The location was good. The rooms were a decent size. The worst part of the stay was the sheets, they were worn out and had those terrible little sheet balls. We had three rooms, and they were all like that. This is not the standard in most holiday inns. I was disappointed. Everything else was fine.”

• Easy floor plan-wonderful lobby decor.
• Restaurant advertised open hours and was closed to order meals by 8:30am.

“Was surprised to find doors to access stairwells. Was new to us, though a very good safety feature. Very lovely interior decor in lobby. Was disappointed to find the restaurant only serving brunch by 8:30am on a Sunday morn when they advertise everywhere they are open till 10:30 for breakfast.”

“I would have complained about how dirty the bathrooms were. The toilets had a black rim around the inside. All in the corners of the bathroom were grime & especially around the faucets in the bathtub & the corners of the bathtub as well. The beds however were comfortable.”

• Nice lobby and happy hour.
• They had no elevator for transporting luggage upstairs. I thought this was a tremendous negative.

“There is no elevator for transporting luggage upstairs which makes staying on the second floor a big fat drag! Also, the stairs to the upstairs are all on interior fire exit stairwell type.”

• The hotel was fairly quiet, and the staff was friendly.
• The pa was out of order, and there were kids on the computers for an hour at a time.

“Fairly convenient location, friendly staff. older property, but has had some remodeling. Everything seemed to work except the hot tub was out of order. Some rowdy kids at the pool, maybe need more supervision.”

• Convenient location, clean rooms, friendly staff.
• exercise room was excessively hot and machines were not working.

“For a planned stop overnight, the hotel was easy to find and the rooms were clean. The staff was helpful as we had to connect with others and they were willing to hold keys and notes for us back and forth. The exercise room was unusable which was disappointing, but overall the hotel was very nice and well worth the price we paid.”

“It is not worth to pay $90 per night. It is like $60+ hotel, can even be rated as motel. Bad parking on street. I would never stay in Holiday Inn before. The management should take training @ Best Western.”

• The front desk people were very helpful.
• My room was not cleaned- was shocked to find my bed unmade and bathroom unclean when I returned at 9 pm!

“I do not think that they have enough staff to keep up with the cleaning, although the front desk and the driver were very friendly and helpful the hallways seemed long dark and dingy and for some reason my room did not get cleaned between day one and day two. Think that it was overpriced for the location and service.”

“The hotel is very nice. The pool and workout facilities, as well as the fully enclosed courtyard, offer plenty to do. The only thing I could even consider as a complaint was some inconsistency in the way different people would clean the room. While the room was always nicely cleaned, sometimes they neglected to leave the liners for the ice bucket or refill the in-room coffee supplies.”
