• Near to our destination.
• It was under construction and the AC wasn't working well.

“We just got there to sleep, it wasn't long enough for me to find out about the staff or the hotel all together.”

• Clean rooms.
• The pool looked green, and the hotel staff was hard to understand.

“I would stay at this hotel again. It was a nice stay and the breakfast they provided was a good variety. The room was clean and the hotel was a good location.”

• Location and overall feel.

• The pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids.
• Wished there was a fireplace in the lobby to snuggle in front of.

“We loved going at the off season. This and a couple others were the only hotels open. You would have thought it was full with the service, the breakfast kept my kids happy. My four boys can be a hand full, the pool was so fun for them. They loved going from the hot tub to roll in the snow, then back to the hot tub. We had a fabulous time.”

• Rooms were large, staff friendly.
• Breakfast bar- poor selection, not well maintained.

“Enjoyed our stay in W. Yellowstone. Hotel was as expected, large rooms, friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was poor, only cereal, toast, and dough nuts No hot foods, yogurt, only fruit available was apples. Location to Yellowstone Nat. Park was super.”
