• Very friendly staff, beautiful rooms, and beautiful surroundings!
• The water pressure in the shower was very poor.

“The hotel staff was wonderful and the rooms were very clean! The surroundings were beautiful with awesome views and lovely cabins! The restaurant had great food and overall it was a great stay for myself and my husband.”

• Horseback riding and guides were outstanding.
• The front desk were not helpful. Room was small, interested in ownership only.

“Desk was unhelpful. The room we had did not have enough counter space even for a shaving kit. The breakfast was greasy, the dining room help were not friendly, but they were fast at grabbing the check. Hotel was not clean, the room was very small. The directions given by hotel staff to attractions were poor. Maps were hard to read and not accurate. One great thing was the Horseback riding. They were very accommodating. They were helpful and courteous. The price of horseback riding was reasonable. However, back at the hotel, they charged for every little thing. The ice machine did not work.”
