• Absolutely everything was great, super, etc.
• Absolutely nothing not to like.

“This was the final night of a three week camping vacation & we were exhausted. To pull into such a place was heavenly. Everything was clean & neat. The beds was comfortable, not hard & stiff. The pool & hot tub were clean & inviting. The breakfast was fabulous & the attendant made sure we had what we needed. We thank Priceline for this choice for us. Let's do it again soon!”

• Charged me twice for the room causing my bank account to become overdrawn.

“Hotel was nice. The employee was not knowledgeable and charged me a second time for the room causing me to go overdrawn and accrue $225 in overdraft charges.”

• The front desk staff in the morning were great - They sent numerous faxes for me- no problem
• Wasn't clean

“We got there & headed for our room. Step out onto 3rd floor and there's a dirty stepladder in front of the elevator. Got into our room and it reeked of urine. Stepped into the bathroom and the toilet explained why! Went down to front desk to get a room change & explain - didn't bother the guy much but he did get us another room a few doors down. Needless to say our first impression wasn't good and it affected our whole stay.”

• It was close to the main shopping area.
• While the room had 2 queen beds, it had only one chair.

“The hotel was OK for what I paid, but I would not have been pleased had I paid the rate. However it was clean and they offered a continental breakfast, which would be great for families.”

• It was nice, clean, and the bed was comfortable.
• The kids were noisy running around through the halls and upstairs, but not too late though.

“I was pleased with this room. The parking lot was a bit hard to maneuver, too many vehicles for so little a place.”

• Most comfortable bed we ever slept in a hotel.
• Breakfast was crowded. A lot of women there shopping for the weekend.

“The location was perfect 100 steps from the mall and Starbucks. Front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly and professional. The pool was the perfect spot to relax after a long shopping day. And the bed were king size memory foam with lots of pillows. Absolutely perfect.”

• A minor thing, but maids did not replace disposable drinking glasses.

• Room was good size, not crowded for 2 people.
• Wish they would vacuum behind the desks and lamp stands.

“The experience was generally good, but they should occasionally move the furniture and vacuum around it.”

• I had a smoking room.

“Great stay other than I had a smoking room. Other couple that also stayed had a small mini suite. Really nice.”

• The pillows and bed were fabulous!
• The parking lot is cramped.

“I like the Fairfield because it's clean, and I feel that I'll be getting a good bed to sleep on. My room had a couch or hide bed, plus fridge and microwave, what more could I want! I'll stay there again.”

• We were able to park close.
• It just seemed like it had not been updated in a while. Overall condition was so-so.

“Friendly staff, close to shopping and services. Just off a busy thoroughfare but quiet. Excellent continental breakfast. Rooms could stand a little freshening.”

• It was in a good location and easy to find with large rooms and very good extras, like in room coffee and indoor pool.
• The maid did not replace the coffee pack one day and the night clerk did not know where to find any when I asked.

“It was a nicely located hotel and easy to find. It is located accross the street from a large mall and convienent to fast food. The hotel was clean with a freindly staff. The breakfast was great with many choices of food.”

• Huge rooms and awesome customer service.
• I can't think of anything negative... a GREAT stay!

“The staff was so helpful. I am allergic to feather pillows (standard at this hotel) and the staff went to great lengths to track down pillows I could use. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the rooms were spacious and welcoming. I would not hesitate to suggest this hotel to my friends and family.”
