“This hotel was comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful.” Oct 8, 2009 by
Len from Edmonton,Canada “Lobby was under construction.” Aug 5, 2009 by
Frank from Victor,MT
“I have stayed 4 or 5 times at this hotel and this is the first time I have been disapointed. Room was not clean, check in time was late and inforced. hot tub out of service. Showing it's age. Food, drinks and staff were good.” Jul 12, 2009 by
Sheena from Queen Creek,AZ
“great staff and location is good. they are renuvating and have replaced all the beds first. awesome night's sleep.” Mar 5, 2009 by
Robert from Bozeman,MT
“It's adequate.” Sep 25, 2008 by

“Friendly.” Aug 26, 2008 by
Cheri from Calgary, AB CA
“The bathroom, needed to have the ceiling replastered as it was falling off. The rooms were clean however the beds were too soft, springy. We thought pool side meant opening onto the pool deck, not one floor up and looking into the pool area. The wait staff in the restaurant were friendly and fast. Easy location to get around Great Falls. Would probably stay there again, as the price was reasonable with a family.” Aug 26, 2008 by
Lynda from Lewiston, ID
“We were pleasantly surprised at the accommodations. The rooms are large and comfortable and the bed was very nice; the triple sheets on the bed are wonderful; wish every hotel did that. The hotel is conveniently located. Our room, and the hotel in general seemed clean enough but certainly not scrubbed to my standards; ice bucket was sticky; hair dryer, switch plates, etc. hadn't been wiped down - the little things that I notice. We'd stay there again.” Aug 21, 2008 by
Sherry from Calgary, AB CA
“My husband was kept awake the entire night by a swooshing sound in the walls. I ended up with a bad back from sleeping on the roll away cot, my son refused to sleep on (he said he could feel the bars in his back). The food was okay and the staff was very friendly. This definitely is not a 3-star hotel because although they have the pool and exercise room neither is adequate for the hotel size.” Aug 20, 2008 by
Brad from Calgary, AB CA
“The restaurant needs more staff food was ok, the wait was terrible, the pool floor looks dirty, the doors to your rooms feel like you could break them in. When we called, the staff member was very rude to us, would not give us anything when we asked i.e, upgrade, breakfast, etc. Will probably not stay here again.” Aug 20, 2008 by
Jacqueline from Red Deer, AB CA
“Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Needs to be updated as far decor goes, rugs were dirty looking and old especially in the restaurant.” Jul 17, 2008 by
Joanna from Las Vegas, NV
“This hotel met its purpose: clean room to sleep in. The star rating would probably be just a 2.” Jul 8, 2008 by
Mindy from Las Vegas, NV
“The room was fairly large (1 king). Nice pool, good for children. The staff was friendly and accommodating when the boiler broke and we had no hot water. They allowed a late check out with no problems. The boiler was fixed before we had to check out so we had a hot shower. The lobby is gorgeous and very inviting. Nice waterfall with wild life presentation in the main lobby, which scales up at least 6 stories.” May 25, 2008 by
John from Missoula, MT
“I had a broken leg on crutches and they put me in the furthest possible room from the elevator. Guests were extremely loud and the only time the staff did anything was when I had to call the desk and complain.” Feb 28, 2008 by
Chip from East Helena, MT
“This Holiday Inn is clean, comfortable, attractive and we found all the employees we dealt with very friendly. My only complaint would be that they monitor their pool better if for no other reason than for their own liability. There were as many as 15-20 small kids (under 10 years) in there with no supervision.” Dec 18, 2007 by
Beth from Chinook, MT
“It was clean and comfortable. For a three star hotel, not too many amenities. No coffee in the lobby, no continental breakfast, no microwave in room. Had to walk to 2nd floor business center, even then, the room was locked.” Dec 12, 2007 by
Sheila from Three Hills, AB CA
“Great place to stay in great falls. Close to shopping. Nice pool and work out room. The staff was friendly and the facility was very pleasant.” Dec 10, 2007 by
Jacob from Missoula, MT
“We got an excellent price but the hotel was somewhat decrepit. The restaurant was over priced considering the quality of the food.” Nov 8, 2007 by
Linda from Goleta, CA
“We enjoyed our stay. A very busy place. Nice rooms and restaurant. Pleasant employees always helpful. Hotel was a nice place to stay.” Nov 1, 2007 by
Deb H. from Vulcan, AB CA
“An older hotel (not really old) but well kept and clean. We were very impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They were excellent, I cannot say enough. We would definitely recommend this hotel.” Oct 31, 2007 by
Heather from Lethbridge, AB CA
“Our room was dirty, the staff didnt really care. Our a/c in the room broke down at 11:30pm and started emitting a foul smell of smoke and chemicals. We had to switch rooms this late at night and were not even offered an apology or anything. We asked to speak to the manager; no one would find him for us. The service was awful at the restaurant in the hotel. The waitress forgot an item for our breakfast, but we werent able to tell him until the end of the meal because she didnt return until then.” Sep 1, 2007 by
Carol from Edmonton, AB CA
“Good value for money spent. Reception desk people were friendly and helpful. Large reception area with mountain scene. Close to shopping and restaurants. We didn't use the pool, but it looked very nice and had a large lounge area around it. We'd stay there again.” Aug 30, 2007 by
Francis from Oxford, CT
“This hotel was vastly overrated as a 3 star hotel. We stayed at lest 6 other hotels on this trip that were much better had been. Several thins in the room didn't work. There was no ice machine working-no lobby coffee (the urn was empty and had been for some time). In general, it was more like a 1 star hotel.” Jul 18, 2007 by
Patricia from Stevensville, MT
“Service in the restaurant was excellent. Service at the desk was poor, the desk was unable to refer me to a restaurant for dinner and said they couldn't fix the television.” Jul 15, 2007 by
Ron from Starbuck, MB CA
“This hotel was excellent.” Jun 28, 2007 by
Massimo from Denver, CO
“I personally would not stay at this hotel. Even for a hotel of lesser stars it would fail. One should not feel dirty in a room. For example, our toilet seat had drips of well you can guess. My hands got sticky after opening the refrigerator doors and the tub was unclean with someone else's body hairs. When requested they did change our room but the other room still felt dirty.” Jun 6, 2007 by
Jennifer from Houston, TX
“For the cost I expected breakfast to be included. I will stay at a Holiday Inn Express in the future.” Jun 5, 2007 by
Kristi from Sheppard Afb, TX
“The room did not have dvd/vcr capabilities. There was no microwave. The air conditioner didn't work. You were unable to open/close the bathroom door while on the toilet due to space. The shower water would change temperatures in the middle of the shower and burn you. The hotel charged us for the hotel twice and never returned our phone calls to let us know it was fixed. I had to call four times over the space of more than a week until I got an answer. The casino in the lounge would leave the door propped open and smoke smell would permeate the first floor. The restaurant had no waiting and great food. The front desk staff worked with us for a late check out when we didn't get out of the err with our child until right before checkout so we could get some rest first!” May 28, 2007 by
Terry from Calgary, AB CA
“The holiday inn great falls offers great staff, and is very clean, easy access to just about anywhere you want to go. Would highly recommend to anyone. I plan to return to the same hotel when I go back to great falls.” May 28, 2007 by
Andree from Calgary, AB CA
“Unbelievable service! All staff from housekeeping to front desk was beyond wonderful and eager to please. Very clean with all amenities. Loved the free use of the business centre to check emails. Great location to everything and easy access from the interstate.” May 27, 2007 by
Kathleen from Airdrie, AB CA
“The hotel was okay but there was not much for teenagers to do, it would be better with a water slide.” Apr 26, 2007 by
Mark from Butte, MT
“Decent hotel, but nothing spectacular.” Apr 18, 2007 by
Gina from Powell, WY
“The hotel is nice, and in a good location. The rooms were very roomy and comfortable.” Jan 2, 2007 by
Koral from Calgary, AB CA
“Overall the hotel had good facilities and the staff was very accommodating. We stopped at the desk on the way out and they said that they would look after it. When I asked about our credit card imprint that they got from us at check-in the clerk said that they keep it for awhile. Hopefully all is well.”
