• I liked the mini kitchen because it was fully furnished and
  I saved money by cooking my own meals.
• It was easy to see from 15 but hard to get to. Lots of road construction.

• The hotel desperately needs new beds, so hard and uncomfortable.

“Again, needs new beds! How can a person stay an extended time if you wake up feeling like you just slept on a piece of plywood? I expected a lot better bed, the bed is what makes a good sleep
or bad. Otherwise very clean, staff were great and very helpful. Nice feature of the cook top and full fridge and microwave.”

• Clean and a nice size room.
• The bed, to hard. Elevator too far away from room.

“Clean room, easy check in. The entrance to the motel is not the best. You have to drive in, park in a handicap space, back your car out, and if others are checking in it can get congested.”

• Pillows and attacking shower curtain (arched rod might help?).

• I could not believe how clean it was. For a six year old property ,the rooms were immaculate!!

• The beds were very comfortable.
• No shampoo or conditioner in bathroom.

“This is a great place to stay if you travel with all of your supplies - I travel short periods often so I don't carry shampoo etc and they have nothing in these bathrooms. Wouldn't stay here again.”

• Nice outside appearance.
• The staff did not handle an emergency situation the best they could have.

“The fire alarm was pulled the night we stayed there by pranksters. Although the staff had no way of controlling that, they did not apologize in a manner that I thought was appropriate and did nothing to make the clientele want to return. The management apologized in a letter but the letter was more of an accusatory or non empathetic tone. I was not impressed with the staff during or after the event!”

• The kitchenette feature was nice.
• Bed was way to firm and the noise from other rooms was loud.

“We liked the overall experience. The room needed a little better lay out as far as bathroom door swinging out in the wrong direction, bed was a little too firm, and the TV was small! Other than a few minor things, the experience was good.”

• Very dirty and not at all what I expected.

“I will never stay at an extended stay and never recommend it to anyone. The front desk was helpful, but that is as good as it got. The hotel smelled like a hospital cafeteria, probably from everyone cooking in their rooms. The lock on our door did not work, there was good on the remote control. That was bad enough that I had to cover the remote with a plastic bag. The bed was so hard, even for my husband who likes hard beds. Stains on the pillow cases. They almost looked like sweat marks or something. After switching my pillow with my husband I got in the bed and there was dried up toothpaste on the middle blanket. The final straw was a black hair that was not mine or my husbands on the middle blanket. We got to our hotel at 11 pm and left an hour later for another hotel. There was no way we could stay there for two nights or ever again!”

• The beds were extremely uncomfortable and were small.

“The hotel was in a great location. It was very easy to get to from all locations and within family restaurants. The staff was helpful, we used the refresh service and every day we received a phone message to ensure everything was done to our satisfaction. For $10.00 more we got two beds. However, they were the most uncomfortable hardest beds we've had and to top it off they were only double size so this added tot he discomfort. However, based on the price, the location and the staff I would still recommend this hotel highly to others (may be just warn them about the beds).”

• The bed was the worst we ever slept on, both nights my husband slept on the floor.

“I would highly recommend them changing their beds. My back has been so from sleeping on their beds that I had a terrible holiday from being in pain, then we stayed there on our way back and I could hardly walk the next few days from the pain my back has experienced.”

• It was centrally located and had a beautiful river beside it.
• The front desk agent cared more about her friends visiting her. Lighting poor.

“This hotel is the perfect get away for the business traveler who must stay in Great Falls for more than 2 days. The kitchenette is great for someone who cares to cook, or keep something cold in the fridge - just keep in mind you have to do your own dishes or be charged. The hotel is not family friendly, however. There is no breakfast, pool or activities. When you check in, the process is kept strictly business as they ask for signatures and give you the key (there is nothing to explain as there is nothing to offer). When you walk in the room, the room is clean but the lighting in the room is fluorescent which gives rooms a very cold feeling. The walls are quite thin - so if you are a light sleeper - you might want to reconsider staying here. It is not worth it.”

“The hotel is clean and well kept but is out of the way if unfamiliar with Great Falls. The mattress is real hard and you will wake up will a sore back. The employees were helpful and friendly.”

• It was located right by the Missouri river and very close to shopping and restaurants.
• The bed was not very comfortable, they really need new mattresses, I got a sore back after four nights of sleeping on the flat mattresses they have.

“The hotel is centrally located and has a nice view of the river. It's also great to have a Minnie kitchen. The only issue I had was with the mattress. The mattress was flat and hard and after sleeping there for four nights it gave me a backache. They seriously need to invest in plusher mattresses.”

• There was not a front desk clerk during the hours of 11pm to 7am.

“The staff was friendly. I stayed for 6 nights and was glad to see that a garbage room was located down the hallway from my room as no extra cleaning service was included during my week stay.”

“For the price paid, this was an excellent motel for leisure or business travel. I would certainly stay there again and would recommend it to anyone. One great thing we noticed was there is no noise from either outside or other rooms. It was very quiet and peaceful.”
