• Friendly Staff, Quiet, Room was above expectations, Breakfast was awesome, Great hot tub and pool, location was a bonus, Missouri river right behind,
• Sprinkler was put on before my early morning walk, so everything was wet

• The staff was great and the continental breakfast better the any I have ever had.
• The hot tub was closed in the am.

• The beds were very good. we slept well.
• We really needed to have a hot tub for therapeutic reasons and when we got there the whole pool area was closed for all of our stay.

• The hotel staff was very happy to help!
• Hotel guests hogged the internet computer. There is no lobby phone for hotel guests to use privately.

“This hotel is a great place to stay on the way to Montanans fantastic ski resorts.”

• None, really enjoyed our stay.

• Clerk gave us wrong room key, went into another's room.

• Staff was not trained to do basic transactions.

“Attractive, good location, fairly clean - could have been better for cleanliness - and the person at the counter was working alone and completely untrained. It was late when I arrived and her lack of training was frustrating for both of us. She was a very nice lady and did try very hard. She should not have been in that spot.”
