• The bathroom was beautiful. The beds were elegant. The room was spacious.
• Using the TV was cumbersome. One had to go through a whole menu before having to go through individuals stations. Bad picture quality as well.

“Surprisingly elegant rooms. Comfortable and clean. Noise from the swimming pool was distracting but ended promptly at 10 pm. Television quality less than satisfactory. Affordable.”

• Very comfortable and clean room.

“My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. We were one floor above the basement, but that was ok with us, as we didn't have to deal with a bunch of people or noisy children. The facilities were quite nice and the staff was friendly. The food in the restaurant was delicious and generous for the price.”

“Park city grill was outstanding, but the overall fell of the hotel was cheap. Stuff piled up in the hallways, and the rooms being below the main level allowed noise to funnel down like you were in a basement.”

• The pool and spa were nice.
• It was slightly inconvenient to get to different locations and floors in the hotel.

“It was fairly nice, but not the star level we expected. The hotel has a little older feel to it and is not easy to navigate. Staff was friendly, but not able to answer all of our questions.”

• It was very close to the ski areas I wanted to ski at all week.
• Nothing.

“The hotel was clean, the food in the restaurant was really great. All of the hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. Our room was clean and cheerful. I recommend this hotel to anyone going to Park City, Utah. It was very close to both Park City ski area and Deer Valley ski area. There was a hotel shuttle as well as a free city bus to ski areas, and shopping areas--both within 5-10 minutes of the hotel.”

• The beds were so clean complete with starched sheets, comfortable pillows and a down comforter.
• The parking outside was inadequate and the parking garage had junk stored in it.

“We were very pleased with the beauty and elegance of this hotel. The rooms were very clean and the beds were delicious with their starched sheets and down comforters. The staff was very helpful and friendly.”

• It was very clean and welcoming. Very nice to just get away.
• The pillows were too flat.

“The prices seemed very affordable for the quality of the hotel. I was very impressed that housekeeping would not start knocking on your door early in the morning so that you could sleep in if you prefer. The bathroom and room and extremely clean. I would definitely take my wife there again for a weekend getaway.”

• The staff did everything possible to make it great.
• They don't have valet parking and parking was inconvenient.

“I really enjoyed this hotel and will return back to this hotel again. I was really surprised at the great eating places around and especially loved the grub steakhouse just around the corner. I enjoyed the workout facility and pool and also the restaurant too. I was disappointed in the parking and the fact that they don't offer valet service since the parking lot is so tiny and what they do have left is around the corner and underground. Other than that this hotel was really quite lovely.”

• Breakfast options limited. If you don't put out your menu the night before; it appears you are out of luck for food from the hotel.

“We were out for a girl's weekend and wanted to spend a night in Park City. We were very pleased with our overall experience at the Marriot. We had adequate room for the four of us in one room. The room was clean and very functional for all our needs. We used the pool/Jacuzzi area which was a wonderful environment - open, sunlight shining in; clean, with the perfect water temperature. Parking was a little sticky in their underground lot, but manageable. Good times all around.”

“I was informed ,upon returning from work in the evening, that there would not be ANY water in the hotel that night as a main water valve was being replaced. I think I should have been given some warning. The thought was gross to me. I checked out, and went to another Marriott (at 2 times the price.) Very disappointing. Hope I will be credited for the waterless night that I didn't stay!”

• Cooks Latino music louder than restaurant music and disrupting to dinner.

“The Park City Marriott is dramatically different from other Marriott's I have stayed at in that the staff is genuinely friendly and helpful, in contrast to the faux friendliness that seems to be the vogue these days (i.e., fake smile, lame questions, no real effective help--but we did say your name....). These people are real and they make sure you have a good stay. Construction was going on when I was there, but it was managed so well that there was no inconvenience. I would ask the kitchen to turn down their music though so you can eat dinner a little more peacefully. The kitchen music is the only reason this hotel did not get a 10.”

• Proximity.
• Only had INDOOR pool, no outdoor pool.

“Hotel was nice. Room had plumbing issues that never were resolved (which was frustrating and inconvenient), but had that not happened 4 times, the stay would have been terrific. Only has an indoor pool which was a bummer since we wanted to catch some summer rays and lay poolside outside. Overall, stay was nice and would recommend this hotel.”

• The hotel itself is very nice.
• The problem was they were doing some remodeling, so problems with the pool and parking.

“If they were not in the middle of remodeling the hotel it would have been amazing! But since work was going on it, did make our stay difficult. We could not enjoy the pool like we wanted, and with the work going on it was difficult to park with all of the construction works all over the place. However, with that said, once the work is done this hotel will be amazing but it was no fun being there while they were working on it.”

• Pool under construction....it was freezing!

“We have stayed at this hotel a handful of times and have always enjoyed our stay. The staff is phenomenal and always accommodating. The rooms are newly remodeled and very plush. I wish I would have known that the pool was under construction. That's the main reason we stayed at the hotel, so the kids could go swimming. It was so cold that they only lasted a few minutes.”

• Marriott are always good- Good restaurant, professional staff, clean, orderly room
• For Park City, the location is not great. I had hoped to do better by getting a 3 star hotel (the highest you have available in Park City)

“We had a great Thanksgiving at the Marriott in Park City. The buffet was delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We especially liked the shuttle bus service around the area since it was snowing and we weren't quite sure where we were going. The Starbucks was closed so we went to the dining area where we had cups of hot chocolate. When we went to pay they said it was on them.”

“The Marriott in Park City is located in an perfect location for those that want to explore the downtown/Old Main Street area in Park City. The Hotel was very clean. The staff was very nice. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Park City for a Ski Vacation.”

“I was disappointed in my stay at the Marriott in Park City. The room had wet carpet both in the bathroom and near the beds, the bathroom water was very dark brown, very disgusting!! I sure didn't want to take a shower in it. The hotel staff was very rude both upon check-in and when calling about the water. When I called about the water I had to call several times before anyone answered the phones.”
