• They need to keep pet free rooms for people with allergies/asthma.

“Guest had their dog in the lobby while eating breakfast, yuk. I don't like dogs and do not think they should be in the lobby/eating area. Plus my husband has allergies to dogs and son in law has asthma. I was told by staff, they clean really good. No matter how good you clean if the animal is in the room they leave their hair and dander. They should have doggy rooms for the people who love their dogs so much they can't leave them home and let them pay more for the extra cleaning.”

• Provided transportations to ski lodges and around town.
• The staff did not know anything. They could answer no questions about the town or where the van would pick you up or how to get to hotel from airport.

• Our room faced the pool which they opened at 8 am.

• Indoor pool was great, continental breakfast was a nice touch, close to shopping.
• No room option offered. Room was far from pool and not on same floor as parking.

“Fun place for a quick shopping getaway. Its a nice older hotel. The free cookies and continental breakfast was a nice touch. The kids loved the pool; it was just a little bit too cold.”

• Pool was a mess, overcrowded and unclean. Also, mistake made regarding billing to my partner's credit card, not mine as intended.

• The second night we had a more comfortable room, but we had to remove all our belongings from the first room for the day and recheck in the 2nd night.
• The first night we were put in a very uncomfortable room. The TV did not work right, the bed sunk in the middle and the light fixtures did not work .

“I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Our room the first night was terrible. the bed sunk in the middle. My husband and I ended up sleeping in separate beds. The TV did not work properly. It was either too loud or too quiet and it hummed really loud. The light fixtures were absolutely awful to turn on or off. The alarm clock went off at 4:00 in the morning, it took about 10 minutes to turn the light on to see the alarm clock to turn it off. Then it took another ten minutes to turn the light off. I called ahead to see if we could get a room with a King size bed, but the receptionist was very quick to say no. After our first night, my husband went to the main desk to see if we could change rooms and if we could get a room with a King size bed and again they were quick to say no about the King size bed. We had to remove all of our belongings from our room, and put them back into our car for the day. At about 3:00 we went back to the hotel and then spoke with a man named LeGrand, who was much more accommodating. He supposedly upgraded us to a room with a King bed. The light fixtures worked and the TV worked also. The second night was much comfortable.”

“Yes, do stay at the Best Western in Park City. Within walking distance of the outlets, restaurants and best travel routes. Staff was confident and thorough. The room was clean, smelled fresh and had lots of pillows.”

• No refrigerator, but unbelievably accommodating and tried to figure out a solution. I was very impressed with the service.

“When I called ahead to inform the hotel that we would be late arriving, I asked if they had any king beds. They staff was very accommodating. They gave us a king room with a fridge, shuttled my husband to his meetings at the canyons the next day and even took of the normal charge for the safe in our room. My husband was traveling on business - I went along. It was a very nice hotel, with a wonderful helpful staff.”

• Good location to the event I was attending. It had a nice pool and the room was spacious with comfortable beds.
• The room had a chemical smell but, I think the recently remodeled.

“This is a decent hotel clean and comfortable but, a bit pricey for what you get. The breakfast is mostly processed foods not a lot of healthy choices.”

• Nothing to do with the hotel---but someone stole a hubcap off our vehicle while in the hotel parking lot.

“The hotel was under remodeling so there was mess and dust everywhere. The linens were so rough that they scratched your face and body. The beds were uncomfortable and made our backs ache. The staff was very friendly and helpful but I would not return. I would pay the extra money to get nicer linens and a more comfortable bed.”

• The location is close to a lot of places. They had an indoor pool and hot tub.
• They did not clean my room the next day. I had a 2 night stay. The fact that the closing time for the pool and hot tub was 10 pm, too early.

“I was surprised to find it in a good location, and very neat and clean, thought may be it would be some kind of dump since I did it online without knowing what I was getting. I will stay again in the near future.”

“We arrived at 1:30 pm. and were told the rooms had not yet been made up? E.g.., the wished to put us in a less desirable room, there weren't too many of these and thus none was ready when we arrived. This is my first time to use your service. It was a test on my part. I'm not sure you passed. ”

• Lavatory sink faucets (both) temperature control broken, alternate room smelled bad (smoke?).

“The Park City Best Western Landmark Inn is convenient to I-80 just up the canyon east of Salt Lake City. It appears to be a vestige of the development for the winter Olympic games 20 years ago. It is within walking distance of a Wal-Mart and a Smith's grocery and other shopping, and it is in the shadow of an Olympic ski jump. Our Summer stay was very nice.”

“The hotel was in a great location. It was clean and pleasant. The room was very large with conveniences like microwave, fridge, hair dryer and ironing board. Cookies were complimentary at registration. Pool and hot tub were nice. The continental breakfast was also nice. We were very happy with our stay.”

• They provided a full continental breakfast and staff very accommodating.
• Part of hotel was under renovation, the parking lot was disintegrating and had big holes, the entrance access was poor.

“The hotel itself was lovely, beautiful lobby overlooking pool. Room had new carpet and smelled fresh. Staff were more than helpful. The parking lot needs to be resurfaced and was a pain to maneuver around.”

• They had hot water available to make tea in the evening; nice fireplace area.
• Wish they had a microwave available in their breakfast area.
