• Great location and price.
• No refrigerator, but unbelievably accommodating and tried to figure out a solution. I was very impressed with the service.

• When we checked in the staff was friendly and tried to accommodate all of our needs.

“When I called ahead to inform the hotel that we would be late arriving, I asked if they had any king beds. They staff was very accommodating. They gave us a king room with a fridge, shuttled my husband to his meetings at the canyons the next day and even took of the normal charge for the safe in our room. My husband was traveling on business - I went along. It was a very nice hotel, with a wonderful helpful staff.”

• Good location to the event I was attending. It had a nice pool and the room was spacious with comfortable beds.
• The room had a chemical smell but, I think the recently remodeled.

“This is a decent hotel clean and comfortable but, a bit pricey for what you get. The breakfast is mostly processed foods not a lot of healthy choices.”

• It was very clean, attractive and accommodating.
• Nothing to do with the hotel---but someone stole a hubcap off our vehicle while in the hotel parking lot.

“We will probably use this hotel again, when the need arises and have already told others how nice it was.”

• Bed Spreads were awful and dated.

“Overall we had a lovely time at this hotel. At first glance, we were a little worried but things turned out nicely. The beds were very comfortable. I booked the trip not knowing that I would end up at a Best Western but we enjoyed our stay.”

• Uncomfortable beds, ruff linens, towels and washcloths.

“The hotel was under remodeling so there was mess and dust everywhere. The linens were so rough that they scratched your face and body. The beds were uncomfortable and made our backs ache. The staff was very friendly and helpful but I would not return. I would pay the extra money to get nicer linens and a more comfortable bed.”

• Breakfast was offered & we had a fridge & microwave in our room & you have a nice pool.
• I think the pool closure was 10:00 pm & there was some noisy people in the pool till 10:30.

• The location is close to a lot of places. They had an indoor pool and hot tub.
• They did not clean my room the next day. I had a 2 night stay. The fact that the closing time for the pool and hot tub was 10 pm, too early.

“I was surprised to find it in a good location, and very neat and clean, thought may be it would be some kind of dump since I did it online without knowing what I was getting. I will stay again in the near future.”

• We got a less than desirable room.

“We arrived at 1:30 pm. and were told the rooms had not yet been made up? E.g.., the wished to put us in a less desirable room, there weren't too many of these and thus none was ready when we arrived. This is my first time to use your service. It was a test on my part. I'm not sure you passed. ”

• The pool area was very nice.
• There wasn't much of a selection at the continental breakfast. (no bagels, only oranges for fruit!).

• Lavatory sink faucets (both) temperature control broken, alternate room smelled bad (smoke?).

“The Park City Best Western Landmark Inn is convenient to I-80 just up the canyon east of Salt Lake City. It appears to be a vestige of the development for the winter Olympic games 20 years ago. It is within walking distance of a Wal-Mart and a Smith's grocery and other shopping, and it is in the shadow of an Olympic ski jump. Our Summer stay was very nice.”

“The hotel was in a great location. It was clean and pleasant. The room was very large with conveniences like microwave, fridge, hair dryer and ironing board. Cookies were complimentary at registration. Pool and hot tub were nice. The continental breakfast was also nice. We were very happy with our stay.”

• They provided a full continental breakfast and staff very accommodating.
• Part of hotel was under renovation, the parking lot was disintegrating and had big holes, the entrance access was poor.

“The hotel itself was lovely, beautiful lobby overlooking pool. Room had new carpet and smelled fresh. Staff were more than helpful. The parking lot needs to be resurfaced and was a pain to maneuver around.”

• Close to restaurants, shopping, ski resorts. Large hot tub, adequate pool.
• Several spring break school groups were there.

“If you rent a car, this is a great location, but it's not a very good walking location. The staff baked fresh cookies every afternoon. The rooms are clean and comfortable.”

• The rooms were big enough for us for the time we spent in it.
• The bath room was smelly and the shower curtain was the worst.

“Everything was fine except for the bathroom. They provided us with a coffee pot but give did not give us any coffee for it. My husband had to go and get some from the maid.”

• Nice facilities, very nice staff, pretty good location. The back of our room opened to the indoor pool.
• Because of the indoor pool, our room was humid when first entered, but a minute or two with the AC on solved that.

“Nice facilities, indoor pool was clean, though small. Jacuzzi, ping pong and pool table, some workout equipment adjacent to pool, small arcade down the hall. Staff was very concerned that our needs were met and that the facilities were well kept. Room was comfortable w/table, two chairs, easy chair, fridge and microwave, in room safe. Two vanities, one outside bathroom.”

• At check in the lobby computer was down. The staff allowed me to use one of their terminals to check my e-mail.
• Breakfast did not include boiled eggs or bisket and gravey a staple at most hotels we have stayed at.

• Run down. Furniture shabby. My front door did close completely.
• Cleaning was in obvious areas only. Dust in corners.

“My room's wood furniture was very worn and showed years of hard use. The room cleaning was not very thorough--dust was left on shelves, etc.On the other hand, they did let me check in early!”

“The room they gave us smelled like smoke had an ajoining door that didn't close tight. The room was right next to the exit door and the ice machine. We tried to sleep there, but could hear people coming and going for a few hours so we checked out at about 11 and went to a better hotel. Service was terrible they didn't seem to care they got their money.”
