• Very nice room, staff very polite and smiling.
• Refrigerator not clean, particles of food in freezer and refrigerator.

“Overall very nice and helpful staff. Internet ready to go (plug in, not wireless), but works well and not connectivity issues. Would like an S video jack, or red, yellow, white jack to let me run my own DVD player, or run my Laptop movies through the screen. Refrigerator/Freezer not as clean as in other Residence Inns I have seen. Upgrade needed for kitchen. I will stay here again in the future for business and/or pleasure.”

• It was a peaceful room in a peaceful location.
• Lobby bathroom was a mess, so we had nothing to use after checkout.

“Compared to all the hotels that we passed close by, this was by far the most peaceful and pleasant looking place to stay.”

• Excellent breakfast bar!
• Internet didn't work but they gave me a $25 gas card to make up for it.

• The free breakfast was delicious, hearty and satisfying.
• I did not like the bathroom, because there was not bathtub, just a shower and floor.

“The kitchen was very nice and fully equipped for a longer stay. The bed was a little uncomfortable, but pillows nice. I would stay there again, but felt the price was a little high. If there had been two rooms, instead of sofa bed in same room as other bed, it would have been nicer.”

• Each room had its own private entrance from outside.
• This hotel was under renovations when I was there.

“Because this hotel was under renovations and there were approximately 10 parking spaces that were not available due to the fact that dumpster and construction materials were occupying these spot, I was unable to get a parking place. I was told by the front desk that because of this I was allowed to park parallel along the curb. The morning of my departure. I went to my car to load my bags, and found that someone had backed into my car. Of course the guilty party left no information either on my car or at the front office. Because of this my stay was disappointing. I will not stay at another hotel that does not provide me with adequate parking. I was willing to pay the little bit extra for a room on this trip because this hotel offered a hot continental breakfast, but in the long run, I am going to pay much more on repairs on my car than I would have ever saved on breakfast.”

• Area where we stayed was under remodeling we had a lot of noise around.

• Staff was extremely helpful and professional.
• Due to a construction project, not enough parking.

“Good value for the money. Quiet, no train noise (a real plus for flagstaff). Comfortable, clean room, friendly staff. Would stay here again.”

• The location was the best for Flagstaff. Other areas of the town were not so nice.
• They did not have joining rooms.

“Staff at check in was very nice and informative about the area and the Grand Canyon. Breakfast was above average! Rooms a much larger than traditional hotel. We had a great night.”

• The room had an "off" odor.

• The night manager was very friendly and gracious.
• Would have liked to be closer to the university.

• Good free breakfast bar.
• Somewhat difficult to find because of configuration of exit ramp off highway.

“The price was right. The room was spacious and quiet. We took advantage of the free Wednesday night meal (ball park franks, salad, wine, and beer) and Thursday morning breakfast bar, which were good, not great.”

• The desk clerk at check-in was extremely nice.

“The hotel is very nice and in a good location for getting to locations in Flagstaff. Friendly staff once at the hotel. The room was very nice and clean, however the bathroom was oddly low-quality. Small and with broken floor tiles.”
