• Stayed before. Liked a lot so chose again!
• No bathroom vents and bath towels too thick.

• It was clean. I liked the showerhead. There was free coffee and hot chocolate.
• The bed was like a slab of concrete.

“I wouldn't want to stay again because of the beds. If that doesn't bother you, it is a good place to stay. Everything else was fine.”

• Staff was friendly and accommodating. Even though there were some misunderstandings with the accommodations, they worked with me.
• There was a change in their pet policy which created some problems; they no longer accept pets. Also, breakfast was disappointing.

“Beds were comfortable and clean, that was the best thing about this hotel. Staff was accommodating, although they did double book the room, and because of this, I was startled by someone trying to get into my room at 9:30 pm; luckily I had the safety lock on. The continental breakfast was substandard compared to other hotels in this price range. Overall, it is a bit overpriced compared to other hotels of the same caliber.”

• Very clean, comfortable and a great express breakfast.
• Room faced railroad tracks. Great view, but lousy sleep due to train on and off.

“I have stayed here twice in the last two months. My daughter is a college student in flagstaff. My first visit was great as my room faced i-40. On my second trip I had a horrible nights sleep due to the train honking on and off all night long because of a busy road crossing. The view of San Francisco peak was beautiful, but all I wanted was a good nights sleep after moving my daughter in her dorm. I probably will not stay here again!”

• The room was clean.
• Elevators too small and stuffy.

“I have panic attacks, so the elevator was very small, and so I used the stairs, which was also enclosed instead of more open, so I actually had a panic attack as soon as I went to my room. I also did not think the staff was very friendly, they just checked me in at the front desk and that was it, nothing that special.”

• Not enough elevators for amount of people staying.

“The location was great. That was about it. The hotel was very crowded and I had to wait for 3 rounds of elevators before I could get on one to bring my bags upstairs. I wound up using the stairs most of the time because there were not enough elevators for the amount of people staying at the hotel.”

• Comfortable bed, updated rooms, decent coffee & breakfast, I'd stay again!
• It was all pretty nice. No major complaints.

“Conveniently located just off highway. If train noise bothers you, ask for a room facing highway, wasn't bad on that side. Towels were "too thick" to wrap hair, shower can use more pressure. I recommend and would stay again.”

• The staff was horrible - in over 100 nights on the road, this was the worst staff I have encountered.

“I argued and won. Things like a crib and a small fridge are pretty important with a 20 month old. The hotel didn't care. ”

• They do not guarantee adjoining rooms when requested ahead of time.

• Too close to the railroad tracks - very loud.

“The hotel itself was very nice ... friendly staff, clean rooms. However, it is very close to the railroad tracks and the trains were very load (horns blaring) throughout the night, which made it difficult to sleep. The closeness to the tracks was not mentioned in the hotel review.”

• High speed internet, wireless, works flawlessly and is free.
• Train runs all night, probably 20 passes, very noisy.

“If you can sleep through train noise, this hotel is a steal of a value. If you're a light sleeper spend your money in a different location. Good facility, good staff, good breakfast, well run hotel. Easy access to freeways and streets.”

• The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. It was conveniently located near a freeway and had a variety of places that you could go to while you.
• The room that we got was not very big. It was kind of crowded around the bed area.

“Overall it was great. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good and they kept the area well stocked. I had fun in the indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub. It was a pleasant stay.”

• The train runs right next to it and blows the whistle every 30 min. All night.

• The room was very clean and the hotel was conveniently located.

“My hotel stay was great. The staff was very helpful. They even gave me printed directions to the Grand Canyon, which was my next destination. The room was extremely clean, and included a micro fridge. The continental breakfast was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.”

• The rooms were so small and crowed, we could hardly turn around.

“The hotel is remodeling and it is a nightmare to get in and out, their was paint on the carpet, dust everywhere. The rooms were so crowded and the employees were not friendly at all, I am handicap and they acted like I was a burden to them. I was not pleased at all.”

• Hotel is currnetly being renovationed.

“Except for the hotel renovation, the it met our needs. The location was good and the staff friendly. Parking can be a problem due to all the storage containers in the back of the parking lot.”

• Very nice staff and very clean
• Right next to railroad tracks - hard to sleep due to train blowing whistle as it came through every 40 minutes

“Very nice hotel, recently refurbished. Very nice staff. Due to all new bedding, the sheets were very rough. Aside from the train tracks very close by and the noise from the trains, it was a very nice experience.”

• employees in restaurant were very friendly and nice
• my wife and I having to have a double bed instead of king or queen

other than having to have double bed that was negative was being so close to freeway had some
road noise. Other than that very nice.”

“Movie channels didn't work. Had to contact hotel staff several times and it still didn't work. An hour + later after 9:30pm two different people knocked at our door. One asked if there was anyone in the room and another came later and asked if we needed the TV fixed. I contacted the manager and he offered a complimentary night the next time we come up. ”

• The quality was good considering the price I paid.
• The location was not the best (railroad tracks, distance from downtown).

“This is a good, clean, moderately-priced hotel. In addition to the restaurant and lounge, there are other restaurants nearby but not much else. It's well-located for someone passing through Flagstaff on I-40, but not well-located if Flagstaff is your destination and you want to be conveniently situated within the City.”

• It's close to downtown Flagstaff and it has an outside hot tub.
• It was a little run down and dated.

“Overall, it was a good hotel for our purposes. It is located near downtown Flagstaff and Snowbowl ski area. It is reasonably priced, clean and quiet. It was nice to have an outside hot tub to ourselves after a day of skiing.”

“Hotel was clean and modern. Hot tub and pool were clean too. Only problems involved room heat which was set way too high when we arrived, and dining room which was understaffed. Breakfasts took a long time.”
