“It looked run down, The room was not that clean. The phone didn't work. The doors were off balance. It just wasn't pleasant.”

• The people were really nice and it was very clean.
• I didn't really find anything that I didn't like.

• The price.
• It was shabby, there was no telephone directory or toilet paper holder.

“I would not reccommend this hotel to anyone. It was not too clean. There was no telephone directory and one had to continually go to the office to use theirs. There was no toilet paper holder and the toilet didn't flush most of the times. It was right across from an intersection along a railroad track and the trains going through would sound their horns 24/7 while going through that intersection.”

• Very friendly staff.
• Beds were miserable. Couldn't sleep. Slept in the bathtub.

“Maybe it was just us, we did all wind up sick, but the beds were just hard as rocks. My whole skeleton ached. I wound up taking several baths just to get the pressure off my bones and ran out of hot water a lot sooner than I would have expected.”

• The bathroom was very clean.
• We were not offered a choice of smoking and none-smoking room.

“The place is not far from Buttler ave. and it is very accessible, it has a nice overview of the city and the staff was pretty friendly, specially the room maids. For the amount we paid in this room we really had a great experience and would gladly recommended to any family vacationing on a budget.”

• It had a frig and Microwave
• It had a bad smell in the room

“For the price, it was a good hotel. The only thing I didn't like was an awful smell in the room. I don't know if it was the cleaning products they used or just a bad smell of stale air.”

• did not have heat in room 2 nights of 4 night stay (18 degrees).
