  • The staff was wonderful!
  • Needed more towels.

“The staff was above and beyond. Very helpful in every aspect. I would recommend this hotel for location to N.A.U. and area attractions.”

Cleanliness:[7] • Location:[7]

  • The location was really very good.
  • I didn't like that throughout our stay there was construction going on in some of the rooms.

“If you're looking for luxury or to be taken care of this hotel is not for you. Of course, when my boyfriend and I stayed here all we wanted was the cheapest place with the best location and that was exactly what we got!”

Overall Rating: 8 User Rating Score: 8
Cleanliness:[8] • Staff:[7] • Location:[8]

  • Cleanliness, clean bathroom and large bathtub.
  • Noisy heater, but it was tolerable.

“Definitely met my expectation. I just needed to stay a couple of nights as an accommodation for my trip in Grand Canyon. The room was large and clean enough. Nice bathroom and nice bathtub. The bed was ok, I could sleep well. Breakfast was doughnuts, bread, tea, coffee, orange/apple juice and cereal, which was fine with me. Considering the amount of money that I spent, I was very happy with this hotel.”

Cleanliness:[5] • Staff:[5] • Location:[5]

  • Location.
  • The beds were terrible.

“The beds were the worst I have ever tried to sleep on. My back was in terrible shape by the end of my week end. The Jacuzzi was next door at the other hotel and the bubbles didn't work because it would flood the room.”

Cleanliness:[6] • Staff:[10] • Location:[9]

  • The location was convenient and close to the interstate. The staff was friendly and very helpful in finding local attractions.
  • The continental breakfast left much to be desired.

“Overall, we felt like we got what we paid for. The staff was wonderful. They went out of the way to make sure we knew how to get to everything and their directions were correct. However the breakfast was nothing. We were vacationing with children and had to feed them elsewhere as there was nothing to eat.”

Overall Rating: 7 User Rating Score: 7
Cleanliness:[6] • Staff:[7] • Location:[8]

  • They offered rooms with 3 beds and allowed pets.
  • The room didn't feel "fresh" clean and didn't have curtains.

“This hotel was in a good location. The rooms didn't feel very clean although they were spacious and had three beds. The room also didn't have drapes to block out sunlight. But we were traveling with our pet and they allowed small dogs so that was helpful.”

Cleanliness:[7] • Staff:[10] • Location:[10]

  • It was close to I-40
  • The continental breakfast was dough nuts and coffee.

“The beds were comfy, the water was hot, and the people were nice. It is an affordable option if you're planning on visiting the Grand Canyon, which is about an hour drive from the hotel.”
