• Location and the staff.
• Room smelled like a smoker had previously occupied the room.

“I have stayed at this hotel once before, and enjoyed it, for the price, location, cleanliness, and the hospitality. I will stay here again.”

• Friendly staff, close to many shops and restaurants.

• Price, location, king size bed.
• Occupant nest door slammed their door about 50 times which rattled the walls!

“All was ok except the headboard of the bed would shake every time the next door occupant would slam their door.”

• Pool was empty and Hot Tub closed for painting.

• Continental breakfast was OK.
• The bed was terrible, to soft; small pillows.

“The walk-in shower was OK, but the bed was so soft and the pillows so small I hardly got any sleep.”

• It was right across the street from BYU. Very convenient.
• The first floor had a sewer-like smell in the morning.

“For the price, this is a fine hotel. It is extremely convenient to BYU.”

• Price, relative location, cleanliness, room.
• Not as close as I would have liked to buy.

“Though the location was about 10 minutes from my preferred location, because of the price and "best buy" for the hotel's quality, I would definitely stay here again.”

• The hotel was out of the mainstream and in a pleasant location.
• The mini fridge main noise all night long.

“The sleep inn was comfortable and accommodating and well suited to our brief weekend stay. It has an attractive outdoor pool and a small, indoor hot tub.”

• The beds were sifted.
• The breakfast bar wasn't "deluxe".

“Great staff! Very helpful and friendly. I would stay here again. The room was comfortable. The breakfast needs to be upgraded in order to use the term deluxe.”

• Easy to get to location.
• Cleanliness. Bathroom floor looked like it needed a good cleaning. Appearance of front desk staff wasn't very professional.

• Some things needed repair.

“I thought it was expensive for what you got the bed was not made up well the continental breakfast was okay. The place needed painting and repair and cleaning.”
