• Breakfast was ok.
• Air conditioner was either fan or cool, not both.

“Well located, reasonably comfortable. The Quality on the other end of town was nicer at a lower cost.”

• It was close to several restaurants.
• Heat and AC did not work.

• The hotel in my rear view mirror!
• Everything!

“This is the worst hotel I have ever had the displeasure of using. The staff is incredibly rude and the management brushes aside complaints with the ease of a crooked politician. The rooms are not actually non smoking because the smoke from the room next door comes right through the walls. The hotel touts a 100% satisfaction guarantee, but will not honour it. Do not stay here unless you are used to sleeping under a bridge. Terrible all the way around!”

• Nothing.
• Hotel is old and filthy.

“This hotel should be torn down and rebuilt. It is old, overpriced, dirty and the breakfast was ugh! Do not stay here! The New Economy Lodge right next door looked like a Hilton.”

• The breakfast was great and included. We had fresh waffles.
• The pool was outside and closed for the season.

“This is an excellent stop on the way to the Grand Canyon from Phoenix. It's right off the interstate, so we got on the road quickly in the morning. It's also relatively close to downtown Flagstaff on Rte. 66, so after we got there that evening, we were able to drive downtown for dinner and a little window shopping.”

• Was very quiet.
• Room had scratches on the wall, possibly from furniture?

“The only problem I had with this hotel was the room has stretches on the walls, driving safety issue as far as location driving in and out from the hotel.”

• The bed, breakfast and staff.
• I see the cockroaches in the bathroom. The power of TV is broken.

“It's pretty nice. But I see the cockroaches in the bathroom and the power switch of TV is broken. The breakfast is good. The room is comfortable.”

• They were very fast in getting us booked in.
• The sign to get to the hotel is a little confusing with the hotel next door.

“They are in the midst of remodeling, so the hallway was a little undone. The room was just fine. We did have a little trouble finding the hotel. We were traveling to a different destination, so we did not spend a lot of time at the hotel.”
