• The rooms were very beautiful.
• The parking structure was a concrete nightmare.

“The hotel is beautiful, the decorations stylish, and the staff helpful and friendly. The only problem with the hotel is a very poorly designed parking structure. The parking spaces are too small for anything but a mini cooper and the driveways Narrow and steep. After 20 minutes of Navigating the structure I left and parked on the street. I was so relieved I didn't scratch my rental car while in the structure.”

• The staff was over the top! Very nice!
• The food was disgusting and very expensive! Not worth it at all!

“It was much more than we expected. For the most part we enjoyed our stay. Our truck was too big to fit in the parking garage so we had to pay to park it across the street but the room was clean and comfortable. The only downfall in the room was the bathroom was very tiny.”

• Clean room, comfortable beds.
• Internet way too expensive - should be free.

“The internet is ridiculously expensive which would make me less likely to stay in this hotel again. Why can they not provide free internet as other 3 and 4 star hotels do. I had to go around town to find a free internet since theirs was $4 for the first 15 minutes and $.25 a minute for each additional minute. Ridiculous. Most of the way I rated the hotel was because of the internet situation. The decor of the room in that awful yellow was not attractive, but it looked new and clean.”

• I like the beds at Marriott properties.
• The pool area was indoors and very small. If we had our kids it would have been disappointing.

“Our stay was fine but the air conditioner fan made a very annoying noise and it made it very hard to sleep. Other then that the room was great.”

• The best and most comfortable bed in a hotel. I slept dreamily.
• The swimming pool had too much chlorine and burned our eyes.

• The best things about this hotel were the pools, hot tub, and cleanliness.
• There was very little to complain about. The ice machine on my floor was not working, and the doorknob to the stairs didn't work correctly.

“The staffs at this hotel were friendly and helpful. They even offered to google my credit union to find a location for me. The rooms were clean and spacious. The shower was hot and had plenty of pressure. The pool was open later than usual, which allowed us to unwind after a long day. This was a great experience.”

• The room was clean & tastefully decorated and the beds were comfortable

“The shower in our room was very poor. I told the staffs who was moderately interested. I also ended up with a charge that I shouldn't have, which was taken care off, and then when I check my account on line, there was a $61.09 charge to my debit card that was inaccurate. When I called they said that was protocol for Debit card usage, and that the charge would drop off in 3-5 business days. Why wasn't I informed of this when I gave them my card? The room it's self was very nice, overall it wasn't the best experience.”

• When I walked into the room it was clean and very pleasing to the eye. I think the best thing about the room is the crisp sheets and pillow cases.
• I feel they need to upgrade the carpeting and tile in the bathroom.

“I love the Marriott and I would recommend it to anyone. It is our family favorite in Provo, at. It is clean and room service is fast. Everyone who works there is so willing to help in anyway they can.”

• Quiet clean and comfortable with great places to park your car.
• Everything was great though it really is nice to have some kind of continental breakfast or such.

“Great place to enjoy the shopping, sites or places of Provo, Utah. We were very happy with the accommodations. The room was clean, well kept and very comfortable for our needs. The parking was so nice to have on site so that we could come and go so easily. Thank you!”

• We loved the newly redecorated rooms and the bed was so comfortable, we hated to get up.
• We had no complaints.

• The indoor pool was little small.

“The room was clean and bright. The hotel staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. The beds were very comfortable and had down comforters on them. The room was large with a small sofa sleeper and a kitchenette. We loved the stay.”

• The beds and pillows are very comfortable.
• The housekeeping didn't clean the room well at all.

“I stay here all the time and I¿ve never had a problem with housekeeping, but this visit I was very disappointed. They would only change the sheets if I asked and at no point did they clean any surfaces in the bathroom. All they did was change the towels and one day they forgot to give us new towels at all.”

• It was a wonderful experience with an excellent staff!

“From the second we arrived it was all a positive experience. The room was wonderful and the beds were divine. The staff was extremely helpful. My battery died in my SUV and they had someone to help me within 8 minutes. The staff also found information and maps for us to go to another city and have some fun family experiences. Excellent rating!”

• I was very please with the cleanliness, the facilities and the attractive comfortable room.
• One of the cashiers at the restaurant left some to be desired.

“I recommend this hotel to anyone. It is great for anything that you want to do. The exercise facilities and pool are very nice. It is a very family friendly hotel. I loved their buffets in the restaurant. Very good gourmet type food.”

• Charging arm and leg for high speed internet-thought they only did this is Europe. L-a-m-e.

“I would say that this hotel is one of the nicest hotels in the Provo Orem area, if not the nicest. Only downside is that they charge a butt load for the internet access and breakfast is $12 - but pretty good.”

• It is a really nice hotel and comfortable beds.
• You have to pay for the Internet at the price paid Internet should be included.

“Overall a good experience it was not the first time we stayed there. It does not have all the amenities of other hotels with the same star rating and price. Breakfast is not included and that is a big deal and to have to pay for the Internet is a joke I have never stayed at a 2 star hotel and had to pay for that amenity.”

• The ventilation system was very noisy and turned on and off frequently.

• The comfort and cleanliness of this hotel was impeccable. The beds were the greatest.
• No parking available other than in the garage. The truck would not fit and I had to park on a side street.

“This was the nicest hotel I¿ve stayed at in a great while. The hotel staff was friendly, courteous, and well-groomed. The hotel lobby and halls were very clean, as was the room. The comfort of the beds was out of this world. It compared equally to an upscale resort I stayed in at Teton village, Wyoming.”

• The hotel is 100% non-smoking. It is always extremely clean and well staffed.
• Parking was not so good.

“My husband and I work many weekends and long hours, we usually leave town once a month and escape together. Of the hotels we have stayed at this one is our favorite so far. The hotel staff really is helpful and will make your stay enjoyable. We took our four-year old child with us for the first time last weekend. I expected to get the dirty looks and a cold reception just because we had a child with us. That was not the case. We were very happy with our stay and will be staying again soon!”

• The hotel was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The staff is very nice and helpful.
• That gentry the asst manager said I would not be charged for the extra day we canceled. But I was.

“At first glance you are welcomed by beautiful interior, friendly people and a clean environment which is inviting to someone who hasn't been there before. You feel welcomed. I will recommend this hotel to anyone.”

• It does not have free wireless internet in the room.

“The Provo Marriott is a convenient upscale hotel which caters to the convention and conference center travelers. The accommodations are well appointed with attention paid to comfortable bedding. From the covered parking garage to the guest hallways, cleanliness is given a high priority. The hotel is aging, which is apparent in the guest room bathrooms and it's lack of technical support in the rooms.”

• It was very beautifully decorated.
• Construction.

“When we tried to re-enter the doors opposite front entrance they were locked forcing us to walk all the way around at night. The property is located old town Provo with some scary people wandering about the streets. One suggestion to note about Utah in general most restaurants are not open Sunday and if they are only till about 8 or so maybe it almost mandatory you either rent a room with a restaurant or plan on searching for a decent place to eat on Sunday. So if you plan on a day of shopping in smaller towns forget it!”
