• Lousy breakfast buffet. Noisy rooms.

“If you are looking for overpriced moderate comfort room, look no farther. Breakfast buffet is a joke, poorly stocked and laid out.”

• Easy to find and close to the main road.
• The fact I got there at 6 p.m. and my room was not ready.

“The hotel was a nice hotel I would possibly stay there again. The only issue I had is the fact that I came at 6 p.m. and was unable to check into my room, they said they had no rooms clean and I was not able to check in till 8 p.m. Other than that it was a nice hotel for the price.”

• Location to I-17.
• Large dogs were permitted in rooms. Property needs refurbishing.

“The property served it's purpose as we needed to get out of the snow storm. The next morning's drive to the airport was just four miles. I-17 was one block away. The location to major shopping and fine dining was perfect.”

• Elevators and lobbies had smoking smells.

“The stay was comfortable for the price and the breakfast buffet was amazing. Smoking and non-smoking rooms need to be segregated into separate buildings if possible. Staff is courteous and prompt in responding to problems.”

• The gentleman putting away breakfast asked us if we needed anything before taking food away.
• The girl who checked us out was munching on cheerios while waiting on us.

• The complimentary breakfast was outstanding.
• We were given a smoking room, which reeked.

“I found the hotel to be delightful, within our budget, and very family friendly. I was extremely disappointed that we were placed in a smoking room. It definitely dampened our stay here.”

• Free Internet access had sporadic down-time. Smokers in the next room.

• Terrible night's sleep. Beds were small and the A/C was extremely noisy.

“Overall, the hotel was better The beds could have been more comfortable, and the door locks worked to well and would never let me in my room. Rooms were very large and the staff was beyond friendly.”

• Local broadcast television stations had poor reception.

“Upon arrival at the hotel, I was quickly checked in. When I got to my room, I was unable to find the network jack or cable for connecting to the free high speed internet. I called the front desk, which told me it is around the desk but that they would send someone up right away. I located the cable myself and thanked the employee. The internet service was fast and reliable. On the TV, I noticed that the reception of the local broadcast networks was poor. All cable channels were clear. I left the hotel, and when I returned from my travels, there were 10-15 bags of trash laying next to the rear entrance door. This is not really a big deal, but it seems like there could be a better place to put it.”

• Young man at front desk was kind.
• Dirty, smelley and old. Cracker crumbs on top of my bedspread.

“I would not recommend this hotel. Our room was dirty, there were cracker crumbs on top of one of the bedspreads when we got there and there was mildew in the shower. The breakfast buffet was awful.”

• We originally were given a smoking room. The staff worked hard to find us a non smoking room.

• I felt this Hotel should be a 3 star hotel. Everything was above average. The price was excellent!

“This Hotel in a very good location. Close to the main highways, shopping, the university, and lots of dinning choices. The rooms were clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay.”

“Everything was acceptable except for the fact that we were put in a smoking room. We were not given the option of non-smoking. The room smelled of smoke and bothered my allergy.”
