• More than my expectation.

“It was the first experience to use Ramada, but gave me very good feeling and comfort. All facilities in Ramada were good and clean. The place where the breakfast is supported was also good, the stuff of morning menu is good. I will recommend my friends to choose Ramada for lodging as traveling.”

• Friendly staff, free breakfast included eggs and meat, and they were happy to help me change my room.
• Breakfast area is really small, and there are some rooms right on highway.

• They accommodated us well since I had knee problems.
• From our room to descend to the lower level,we had to look at a storage place under the stairs that was very unattractive!

“Because of a knee injury, we requested a ground level room, but none was available. We were given a nice suite at the top of the stairs, which worked well. (Stair well was very unattractive, with cleaning supplies, etc. being stored in open view.) Complimentary breakfast buffet was better than most and the staff was very helpful. However, the room could have used a few more spaces to sit.”

• Nothing at all.
• Noisy, bed was itchy, toilet broken.

“The location was pretty bad, it seemed like I could hear every car passing by. Heard sirens at least 3-4 times, the bed was itchy, the toilet was broken, and we could hear basically everyone that was outside talking. The staff was friendly, but when we had the issue with the toilet the guy had no clue how to fix it. This wouldn't have been a huge problem since he was going to have someone look at it the next morning except we were only going to be there for a night. Overall I would highly suggest finding another place to stay unless you get the room really cheap.”

• No direction online about location of hotel.

“We got off I-40 and, I had no idea where the hotel was located. We traveled at least 5 miles before we asked a bus driver for directions. other than that the hotel was nice and comfy. The breakfast was o.k.”

“This hotel was awesome, especially for the price. It was close to Movie Theaters, ample shopping, the University etc. The continental breakfast was excellent and the staff was very courteous and helpful.”

“This Hotel was a decent place to stay. I would probably stay again, but I would ask for an upstairs room. We could hear people walking all night long and we couldn't sleep. Also, the blow dryer was broken.”

• The front desk staff was very friendly and kind.
• There was an extremely strong smell of carpet deodorizer which triggered allergy and breathing problems for me.

“The overall building and staff were very nice. The front staff was very kind and helpful. The room was spacious with a min-fridge and microwave. It appeared to be very clean and there was free internet access. The continental breakfast consisted of hot and cold food which was a nice treat. On the downside, upon entering the room the smell of carpet deodorizer was overwhelming. This caused me to have problems with my allergies as well as giving me a slight cough. I would not have wanted to bring my asthmatic son into this room. The exercise room only had three pieces of equipment - bike, treadmill and elliptical machine - only the bike worked!”

• Terrible breakfast, very little food, noise from adjoining room.

“The door jam was very weak and damaged, thin walls you could hear people beside us and above us , the breakfast had very little to offer other than coffee and cold cereal, no buns or pastry. The room coffee maker made very bad weak coffee.”

• Very Clean and stocked nicely.
• We could hear the TV from the next room.

“The hotel is very neat and clean. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. The only problem that I saw was the fact that it was not sound proof when the doors were connected to the next room. But other than that it was truly a nice place to stay.”

• We forgot our laptop power cable at home, thankfully the manager let us borrow his.
• The Breakfast area was crowded at 8am.

“While it is no resort, if you are looking for a good clean place to stay up in Flagstaff, this place is hard to beat. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the price was very nice. I would definitely stay there again.”

• It was very convenient, we parked our car right outside the door. The room was very clean.
• The room was very noisy-we could hear the neighbors talking and the ones above walking.

• It had a nice pool and friendly staff.
• It was not a 2.5 star hotel - it was run down and not what I expected.

“It is a run down building - and the rooms are old. They are clean - but the living space is very small. Not at all worth the price. The staff was very friendly and accommodated us. They were helpful and nice.”

“Some of the staff was friendly enough. The room was spacious with a table and 2 chairs as well as a desk. I was quite comfortable in it. The internet connection was intermittent at best, and definitely not high speed.”

• The location was good. Wal-Mart was right across the street and many family restaurants.
• My room backed up to the interstate and it was hard to sleep at night. There were adults partying next door until after 2:00 AM.

“Rooms were clean and towels were the big thick kind that we love. The morning breakfast was good and the kids loved that it had the things they like; i.e. fruit, cold cereal, bagels, pastry, juice and yogurt, we as adults liked the eggs and sausage. I forgot my comb and went down to buy one. The desk had only 1 girl working with people lined up 10 deep. We had to walk across the street to Wal-Mart for the comb.”

• The beds, linen, curtains, bathroom were great. The continental breakfast was beyond all expectations. The staff was incredibly nice. The pool was great.
• The desk in the room is not that comfortable; no room to lift legs on another chair under it.

“This is getting redundant: the room is fine, the beds linen are fluffy snow white and majestic, the bathroom is great, with state of the art shower and shower curtain. The curtains in the room are nice and dark, the heating was fine. The staff is unusually nice and helpful. The continental breakfast is beyond all expectations. The pool is wonderful, and the location is great, with a city bus very close. I loved staying there other than the desk; no room to lift legs on another chair under it.”

“This hotel was adequate for a stop off point. I would not recommend it for a several day stay. We heard the noise from people above walking and creating noise. Had I not been so exhausted from a 10 hour drive, I doubt I'd have slept.”

“My husband was almost shot upon opening the door to the wrong room. The keys had to be re-keyed to the right room every time we arrived back at our room. The outside of hotel had tall weeds and needed a new paint job. The hotel room had mold in bathroom and a hole in the bathroom door stuffed with toilet paper. There was garbage left in our room upon our arrival the first day. I was disgusted with this hotel.”

• The breakfast was wonderful and everything was well maintained.
• The noise of the air conditioning unit was a little loud.

“This hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. The breakfast was really well done and enjoyable and of a high standard. We had a large party staying there and everyone enjoyed their experience. It was very easy to find with lots of amenities located nearby.”

• Really soft beds, quiet atmosphere and surroundings.

“Out of the noise of traffic but central to many amenities this hotel was excellently groomed and customer friendly. We got in to the room in the early morning and the staff took it upon themselves to make us comfortable by putting us someplace where we could sleep late without lots of noise. It had beautiful rooms, soft mattresses and we would definitely stay there again if we are in the area!”

“It is good for an economical trip. It is pleasant enough for economy quarters. If you are looking for ambiance I would not stay here. But if price matters and Motel 6 depresses you, this is an improvement.”

• The bedding was excellent with four pillows and great breakfast selection.
• The door handle on the bathroom and the lamp shade were broken.

“Great freeway access two miles from NAU. Four pillows on each queen and comforters that were awesome. If you don't sleep with the TV on in Flagstaff you will hear trains anywhere you stay. This staff was very helpful and the breakfast selection was excellent. I would go back to this motel anytime! Right next door to Denny's!”
