• Room configuration was very good. Loved the large shower.
• Lousy breakfast. Rotten fruit.

“It was a nice lower end motel for the money. But could step up with a better breakfast. No reason to serve rotten fruit.”

• This hotel is in a great location.
• The pool area was dirty.

“This hotel was in a good spot, close to NAU and lots of restaurants. The rooms were very basic but clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. The pool area was indoors and the floor was flooded making it dangerous. The breakfast was basic but was enough.”

“The hotel was ok. The only issue I had is that the hotel is a non-smoking hotel but our room smelled of stale cigarettes. I'm guessing it was a smoking hotel and now is a non smoking but they did not remove wall paper, carpeting and repaint the room to get rid of the odor. Other than that it was clean and had friendly staff.”

• Convenient location, clean facilities and good parking.
• Staff wasnt rude, just not as helpful to someone from out of town.

“The Sleep Inn was kind of tucked in, but still at a very convenient location to everything from restaurants to I-40.There were no elevators, which didn't bother me, but did bother a young couple with small children and lots of luggage. The rooms were clean and decent sized for the price. Overall I had a very pleasant experience.”

• Very nice and clean hotel.
• Linen and roll a bed could be better.

“Hotel is very good for the category. Clean with friendly staff. Rooms are adequate, but bathrooms are on a small side. Continental breakfast was better than average for star category. The pool and hot tub were clean and spacious. The only drawback for us was a bad mattress on a roll a bed we needed for our younger son, and somewhat old linen. In general Id definitely recommend this hotel.”

• Hard beds!

“The hotel was located in a great location & staff was friendly. However upon check-out, some young kid working the front desk was on the phone with a friend or girlfriend having a conversation with her, when he should have been asking me how my stay was & checking me out in a timely manner. The worst part of the hotel, though, was the hard beds. Also, the swimming pool & hot tub were closed for some unknown reason.”

• Clean facilities, convenient location, and great staff.
• It was a little bit loud with kids running around in the halls.

“This hotel was conveniently located in the heart of flagstaff. Everything a traveler could want is located within 5 minutes of this hotel. The staff is awesome and friendly and is able to help you out with whatever you need. The place was clean as one could desire. Highly recommended hotel.”

• The hotel staff was really helpful with whatever I needed. The pool was also very nice.
• When I went to turn on the in-room hair dryer, it started smoking and did not work right. However, being a woman, I had an extra one packed!

“From the moment that I arrived, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I was staying with some friends of mine and all of us felt comfortable in the room. The room that we stayed in was a bit smaller than what I¿m used to, but the overall design and atmosphere made up for it.”

• Convenient location.
• Not kept clean. Poor maintenance in breakfast room.

“This Sleep Inn does not measure up to the usual Sleep Inn standard. The corridors and stairways had not been vacuumed in a long time, and the breakfast items were not kept replaced as necessary”

• The pool is great, the location is good for items needed at the stores close by.
• The bed was much too soft, the noise from the freeway. The breakfast area was in need of more variety of food as the supply was low at 8:30 am.

“Overall, it is a nice hotel that is kept clean and it is family orientated. I will stay there again.”
