• Clean, staff friendly and helpful, good location, economical.
• Limited time of the continental breakfast.

• Price, wooded setting, pool, and deck.

“This hotel is moderately priced in a great setting. Tall pine trees. A nice pool and deck. Rooms are large and parking is readily available. Coffee in rooms is a plus.”

• Very clean with friendly staff, well located, comfortable and inexpensive.
• In room coffee pot did not supply a selection of regular or decaf, continental breakfast was very modest w/ no place to actually dine.

“The staff was friendly. Our room was perhaps the cleanest I have ever experienced as a traveler. Although the hotel sits right at a busy intersection, there was no road noise and there was an actual shared balcony overlooking a wooded hillside and the pool which allowed guests to swim late. It is also along the trolley route and in walking distance to some restaurants.”

• Very helpful at check-in. Rooms were exceptionally clean and well maintained. Balcony in back, overlooking a wooded area, was pleasant for sitting.
• Continental breakfast area was small. Sitting was only available outside on the drive-in area.

“The motel management was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Even our small dog felt welcomed. The rooms were totally up to date, very clean, very well maintained and repaired. We would definitely use it again.”

• The staff is great! The suites are very nice.
• There was nothing I didn't like.

• The room was large, had a balcony entrance at the rear of the room.
• The parking area was confined, but that was the only space available for this hotel.

“The accommodations were clean, spacious and met my needs for this trip. The access to this hotel was not the best but for this area was adequate.”

• The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the Jacuzzi tub was just what we were looking for.
• Not a thing.

“Pleased with the accommodation at a great price. Would recommend this hotel to any traveler. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. We enjoyed our stay so much we are talking about going back again. Clean, comfortable and a great location.”

• Good, clean hotel. Liked the view and the pool.
• The managers attitude and personality.

“Do NOT stay at this hotel! The facility itself was nice, but the manager was unbelievably rude and discourteous to myself and my family (who stayed in 2 other rooms) that NONE of us will grace us with their business again.”

• The room we stayed in was near the pool which my teenager daughter loved.
• The rooms were very outdated and seemed very Cheap. When we got to the town we found many other hotels that were much nicer at a lower price than what.

“The hotel was very outdated and did include a cont breakfast which stopped at 09:00. We were on a leisure trip which means we did not want to get up at 7am to eat breakfast. The rooms that we paid for were more expensive than most of the other hotels in the area that weekend. We saw very nice hotels that we much cheaper than what we paid. I am a single parent who took her teenage daughter away for the weekend and expected to get a "Good Deal" on a room and we were not impressed. When we checked in there were police cars in the parking lot and this was not a good thing to see. It was a little trashy.”

• The bed was a bit firm but we were so tired, it didn't matter.

“I was impressed with the cleanliness of the motel, especially for the price. Where I am from that is very rare. It just shows that you don't have to pay an arm and a leg for a good room.”

• Nice scenery from rear rooms.
• No elevator and steep steps.

“Hotel charged an additional $7 for 3rd person in room, said she couldn't do anything about it because we booked with a 3rd party. If we had called Travelodge directly they would have told us that. I indicated 3 people would be in the room at the time of booking.”

• I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel.
• A couple of lamps did not work in the room, also the toilet ran throughout the night.

“The Eureka Springs Travelogues was a great stay for the price! My family enjoyed the balcony overlooking the pool and beautiful scenery. Would stay again!”

• The room was kept immaculate by the staff. They were courteous and professional.
• I don't have any complaints with this hotel.

“The Travel lodge was located on the main road, and was in a central location, close to all the attractions of the town. The room was very clean and the pool was great. The staff were very polite and thorough. It was quiet and peaceful, as well.”

• Very quiet and relaxing.
• Asked for a smoking room at check in and didn't get it there were only three other family's there and they got everything they wanted we didn't.

“This hotel would have been better if they would have listened to its guests a little bit more but they didn't. they were just there to be there. when there was no one checking in they were down in a room hanging out and when you came to check in you had to call the room there was no one at the front desk.”

• First room was smoky, second room needed to be vacuumed.

“This hotel was adequate for our needs for the one night, but we would not have stayed longer. First room was supposed to be non-smoking, but reeked of smoke. We moved next door and the carpet needed vacuuming (not the best environment for a 9-mo old crawler).”

• Three flights of stairs down to room.

“Overall good experience. Very Clean Room with standard amenities. Well maintained exterior. A little ways off from the main downtown area but on the trolley route. For the budget minded well worth any inconvenience.”
