the size & cleanliness of the room
lack of an onsite laundry room

“we loved this hotel! we have been to sedona several times and this is the one hotel that we will come back too! the room was large and clean. the decor was nice too. the added vcr and fridge/freezer were a great bonus with small children. the hotel staff was friendly. the only thing that would make this hotel even better would be an on sight guest laundry room.”
