• Location.
• No elevator, put on second floor. Both disabled.

“The hotel was just okay. Good location. Although we were given help with our luggage, two flights of stairs is too much for two people with walking canes and lung disorders.
”

• Views aren't great do to trees and surrounding buildings.

• Great pool. Good waffles at breakfast.
• Pool towels not available poolside- desk only.

“The room was clean and well made up. The cooling worked very well. The breakfast selection was somewhat limited and the seating area small but the waffle machines were a hit with our kids and most of the other guests. We'd stay there again and recommend to others.”

• Breakfast staff was not friendly and the area was always crowded.

“Convenient location. Rooms were clean. Front desk staff was courteous. Breakfast area was very crowded, ran out of food/juice often and staff did not seem friendly.”

• Lobby was nice, had great wireless internet access is the room, computers in lobby ok; hiking trail & location were great.

“I would stay there again just because of the location. It was central to many of the local attractions. Staff was friendly and facilities were very clean. The pool and courtyard were nice, but did face the parking lot and street. No privacy.”

• Location - enjoyed browsing on the "Hillside" and dinner at their posh restaurant!
• No fault.
