“This hotel is a perfect spot for vacationing in Sedona with your spouse. It's not far from the main shops, but isolated enough to make it feel like you are all alone. It can be very romantic. My wife and I loved the breakfast, too.” Nov 11, 2008 by
Jacquelin from High Point,NC
“Beautiful red rocks view from the terrace. Great variety for breakfast -- very courteous and friendly staff. The room was comfortable and clean.” Jun 4, 2008 by
Leonid from Sunnyvale, CA
“Positive: Convenient quiet location across airport, excellent view, big rooms, car lot close to the door, perfect breakfast Negative: Room was not cleaned during our stay.” Mar 29, 2008 by
April from Sammamish, WA
“Great views; terraces are nice but not private as they appeared on the listing for the motel.” Feb 22, 2008 by
Curtis from Avondale, AZ
“The hotel is nice. Talked with hotel staff that was very unhelpful. The mistake was never resolved. Totally ruined my Valentines Day weekend with girlfriend.” Jul 16, 2006 by
Gary from Wildomar, CA
“The hotel is located conveniently in the middle of Sedona, easy to find, easy to access. There are multiple restaurants close by, and shops galore. It is really pleasant to stay there and one will find all the inspiration one needs to recharge the batteries. The setting is absolutely gorgeous with red rock formations just out the back side of the room.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Jul 13, 2006 by

“We came in late at night, and the room we stayed in smelt really bad, we were going to try and stay in it anyway but the smell was too stronger The man at the desk gave us another room down stairs which only had a view of the parking lot. That room also had a smell, but not as strong. Hotel told us that the smell in first room was Fabreeze (I have never smelt a Far breeze that smelt like that) the clerk said he was give us a room upstairs with a view the next morning. That never happened. I would have been better off staying at a motel 6 or a dive. I felt cheated.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.May 30, 2006 by

“The location and the view were superb. The room was not particularly clean and it didn't improve. The concierge was extremely helpful. Decent value for the money, but definitely room for improvement.” Apr 10, 2006 by
Lisa from Indianapolis, IN
“Customer service was just okay.” Apr 4, 2006 by

“Nice typical double bed room, clean. well located. Beautiful surrounding area, but none from the first floor.” Mar 6, 2006 by

“If you're looking for a conveniently located Sedona hotel with a spectacular view, look no further. This facility is geared toward a comfortable, leisure-oriented environment. Everything works in favor of the traveler who needs a place to retreat and rest after travel or Arizona sight- seeing.” Oct 18, 2005 by
Jenny from Sacramento, CA
“Location and quality of hotel were excellent. Only problem was our room on the bottom level, 3 flights of stairs, no elevator.” Sep 19, 2005 by
John from Columbus, IN
“Very nice hotel with excellent staff, particularly at the front desk.” Aug 8, 2005 by
Tara from Jupiter, FL “Very misleading info on internet. Rooms are old, extremely shabby, motel 6 in poor condition.” Aug 4, 2005 by
Mary J. from Olathe, KS
“Excellent in every way (except the coffee).” Jun 30, 2005 by
Linda from Henderson, NV
“The Hotel gave us a room overlooking a garage and would do nothing to put us into a room with an actual view of the mountains (a large majority of the rooms do face the mountains). The rooms were standard, boring Motel 6 type unlike other hotels in the area.” May 14, 2005 by
Richard from Holt, MI
“For anyone visiting the Sedona area this would be a nice centrally located hotel to shopping and hiking. The concierge was very helpful.” Apr 14, 2005 by
Jean
“It is very pleasant. Rooms and beds are comfortable. It is a little more spread out than I would like.” Feb 27, 2005 by
Lorraine B. from New York, NY “This is the worst Best Western Hotel in the United States. Best Western has always proved reliable in all my years of traveling. Not this one. Due to plane delays we were very, very tired when we arrived at this hotel in the beginning of January 2005. Going directly to bed we never noticed that the heater wasn't working and only one light, in the bathroom, operated. Waking at 2 a.m. in a freezing room with no lights was not pleasant. But, it was 2 in the morning. We bundled up, watched TV, and waited for our 7 a.m. depature.” Hotel Representatives:
