• The restaurant staff and the view were good.
• Ants! Deceptive marketing.

“There is no creekside room. I also expected Aveda bath products. There is no Aveda products. What I did find in my room is ants!. I am still at the hotel now looking at them on my desk. I have complained nicely, complained not nicely. They did nothing about it. The view is nice but, I am sure you can find a great view elsewhere. I am going to try the spa but not now. The restaurant staff is very good though. For the stay here I did not feel very welcome or important.”

• Excellent bed, super friendly staff and very clean. Free wine tasting.
• The need to use better water for brewing the coffee in the lobby!

• The hotel was very nice and comfortable and the staff was very helpful.
• Nothing.

“My husband and I took our baby on a last minute weekend getaway. We were pleased to find that the hotel was in a perfect location. It was right in the middle of Uptown Sedona near all the shopping and food. The staff was more than helpful the entire stay. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. There was plenty of room for our baby's crib as well. The hotel was quiet and the grounds were beautiful. We plan to go back to this hotel in the future.”

• Concierge and bell staff tried hard to make up for others' shortfalls. They were very good -- but too little, too late.
• Front desk staff incompetent and, worse, rude. I will never return here.

• Clean, attentive staff.
• Noisy plant spoilt peace and tranquility.

“Good concept as a hotel but out of place in an up market tourist trap. Better located out of town.”
