• The rooms were very clean, pleasantly decorated and quiet.
• The outside seemed a little run down.

“The hotel staff was so friendly and helpful. They even let me back into our room after we forgot something and had checked out already. The rooms were very clean. The hotel was extremely quiet - and it was very full the night we were there. It was a great stay!”

• It was affordable and close to the freeway.
• The beds were uncomfortable. Room was small.

“Not in the best part of town, but close to the freeway and other places in Mesa. Hard, uncomfortable beds. Friendly staff.”

• Breakfast room didnt have much seating area.

• The 24 hour lobby hours.
• The heater blew the warm air up into the curtains, not towards me.

“I was pleased with this location. It was centralized to every where I needed to go for my trip. The night time front desk clerk was great.”

• The location was not far from my seminar.
• The room was very small and crowded.

“The room was clean; however the room was very cramped. We hardly had room to move around. Friday night was very noisy. I think there must have been teenagers who booked a room and then were having a party. They finally all left a little before midnight. After they left, we were able to get some sleep. The continental breakfast was adequate, but not fancy. They offered cold cereal, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, toast, juice, coffee, and waffles. The breakfast room was also small and crowded.”

• Very nice room, exceptional continental breakfast, and easy to locate.
• No good places to take a walk. A lot of traffic.

• The free breakfast had fairly healthy food.
• The general appearance. Definitely one star. I do not like outside rooms with parking lots facing other parking lots.

“The manager was very helpful. The room was cleaned properly the second day. Coffee pot in room was appreciated. The neighborhood was on the fringes of safe.”

• Very clean and neat.
• Worst bed I ever slept on. Staff said standard hotel bed could do nothing to help.

“I liked how clean it was. Did not like the bed at all. Did not like the location, kind of a run down part of town.”

• Nice continental breakfast, access to internet in lobby and a refrigerator in the room.
• They were out of coffee for the room.
