• Hotel locatio good trail spot.
• No low price bar and restaurant coupon.

• Location was great.
• Maids were rude and parking was limited.

“The hotel was clean - no bugs but the maids were extremely rude. Jumping ahead of us to get into the elevator when it was obvious that we had a large load (two mountain bikes & suitcase). I always thought the guest came first - but not at this place. Expensive but its Sedona.”

• Front desk checkin was pleasant.
• Hallway carpets were horribly dirty and ugly.

“Nice location out of the crazy traffic of the main tourist center of Uptown Sedona. Restaurant next door had very tasty appetizers but wasn't much for ambience. Hallway carpets could use a good cleaning and a paint job would be a big improvement. Beds were ok, continental breakfast included cereal and toast which was nice.”

• Very helpful staff rooms ok what can I say it was a super 8.
• Very expensive front desk staff said most expensive super 8 in the US.

“It is what it is just a budget motel. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Motel is very expensive but Sedona is a very upscale community. No complaints.”

• Nothing, I will never go back, and I will call you about it.
• It was filthy, also I had a non smoking room, and it was full of smoke.

“The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It had long black hair in the bathroom, all over. We also had to change rooms at 12:45 am, because someone was smoking, and it smelled like they were in our room. Carpet was very dirty.”

• Nothing.
• Mold, stink, bugs, and overpriced.

“Would not allow early check in/late check out. Bathroom had bugs and mold. The room smelled. It was way over-priced for any rating, let alone a 1 star. There were many cheaper/nicer places to stay.”

• Noisy neighbors, but hotel staff helped quiet them.

• It was close to the Dr., clean.
• No seal around the door, smell of cigarette smoke in hallway.

“Smoking & non-smoking on same floor, were placed in smoking room, corrected upon request. Pleasant employees, good breakfast, clean room except for carpet. In good repair, nice view, No seal around door let in lots of light and would not deter fire or smoke.”

• Cleaning staff was quick and good.
• Non-smoking level smelled like smoke. Hot water was not always hot. Could hear everyone else shutting their door.

• Sorry, there is nothing about the hotel I like at all.
• Same as above.

“The reception at the hotel was under construction when I checked in. So I didn't expect much as a matter of fact. The internet access was constantly down so I had to call the front desk to reset the router. But more than often, the line was busy. It's a super 8 motel, I wasn't expecting much at all.”

• Staff was very friendly, the rooms were very clean.
• There was not much noise barrier, could hear other people's TV.

“It was an okay place to stay. I didn't like the fact that I could hear everyone talking and taking a shower. We thought our toilet was running and then realized that it was the people next door taking a shower. I would have liked a little more sound proofing.”

• The clerk that checked us in was very pleasant and helpful. His name is Bill.
• The particular room I had was at a stairwell and back door. It was NOISY!

“The room was satisfactory. Nothing special to write home about. The rate was too high. But everything is in Sedona.”

• The location was great, the price reasonable.
• Regular cereal , refrigerator and iron are recommended.

“Pool and hot tub were nice amenities with a lower cost hotel. Room was adequate but definitely a motel type atmosphere.”

• Hotel was minimal, pool was closed, front desk was rude.
• Parking limited, pool closed, rude front desk person not wanting to help.

“I asked for compensation on the pool being closed as I specifically chose a hotel with a nice pool in the picture, for two days off work to relax, sun and swim. The front desk was not willing to work with me, compensate me because my reservations were made through a second party on line. He was rude and interrupted my communication with me to deal with others and the phone. He did however, have the manager call me after I asked to speak with him.”

• The location, available Wi-Fi in lobby.
• So-called non-smoking rooms are a farce. Smoke filled room, prior guests dirty clothes next to bed.

“Face it. Sedona is expensive. You get what you pay for. However, even in this market, the conditions at this Super 8 were inexcusable.”

• Convenient motorcycle parking
• The hotel was old and the rooms needed a major remodel.

“We found the hotel easily and were pleased with its location. The staff was friendly. We encountered a problem with a noisy hotel guest and they took care of the problem right away. My only complaint, though minor, is that the rooms did look old. They could use a fresh coat of paint, but they were clean and served the purpose of an overnight stay.”

• Good location, friendly staff. Nice room. Some view.
• Basically, it was good for the price in Sedona.

“We enjoyed our stay. The check-in staff was friendly and fun. Nice little coffee and cookie in the morning. We enjoyed the location, the view of the red rocks and, in general, the whole stay. It is off the road and quiet.”
