“Room was very very nice however went out for ice and three consecutive machines I went to were out of order. Went to the office and the person sent me back to the first one that was out of order. Went back to the office and was sent across the street to another ice machine that did work. Did not settle well with me. But the room was great.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Aug 13, 2009 by

“Sedona Summit resort provided us excellent accommodations for our short stay in Sedona. Our room was clean, all kitchen appliances were new and in good working order. Main pool area very enjoyable with lots of room. Great place to stay for the price we were able to get.” Nov 26, 2008 by
Patty from Mountain View, CA
“No cell coverage for AT&T. Horrible customer service. Even our most basic questions were not answered and instead turned into some kind of sales pitch - and we're already owners! We checked in late after driving several hours and when we asked where we could find food/restaurants open the concierge lady went on and on with a sales pitch and how she was going to loose her job if we didn't sign up for the 90 minutes tour. Finally she directed us to a vending machine two buildings away. Run as fast as you can from this group. Once you're an owner it never stops, they keep calling us to buy more points and when you stay at a resort they pressure you to buy more. Stay at a Hilton instead.” Aug 24, 2008 by

“Roomy and comfortable, but tired. Room was not ready, although we arrived well after 4 PM. Housekeeping took three days to find our missing patio table, clock radio, etc. Concierge service was a sales desk. Info brochures were kept behind the desk. As we were there for a week, it was quickly apparent that the new fancy units were available despite what we were told at check in. Apparently, they use more than a few of them for weekend specials for people attending the never ending timeshare sales presentation. We won't return to the Summit, nor use the Diamond Resorts again.” May 30, 2008 by

“The hotel was a New Timeshare Condominium for Diamond International. The grounds were easy to get around on. I rented a 2 bedroom suite which turned out to be very generous in size for 4 people and another studio for another couple. The pools were very nice and a large spa which was wonderful. They had barbecues all around the complex with tables and utensils. The views of Sedona in a couple of the rooms were outstanding. Close to the downtown for activities and shopping and restaurants.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Apr 28, 2008 by

“We had a very nice time at the Sedona Summit. It is on beautiful grounds, and we enjoyed having a great view of the mountains while using the hot tub. Staff was very pleasant and helpful, and there were interesting activities every day. The entire resort is immaculate. There is time-share opportunity, but we were in no way pressured to participate in the tour.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Apr 9, 2008 by

“A bit far out of town. Pretty, open space with nice views of the red rocks. Exterior of building and Lobby were attractive. Rooms were a bit dowdy and decorated in 80's style. Reception staff too focused on time share and excursion sales. Coffee in the Lobby was awful - just colored hot water!” Apr 4, 2008 by
Jeanne from Santa Cruz, CA
“This is a fine time share sort of resort with amenities to encourage return visits, if one is into timeshare ownership; avoiding the sales "pitch" was not difficult for people such as us, who just wanted to use it as a resort with no intention of becoming "owners."” Feb 14, 2008 by
Clark from San Francisco, CA
“This was a Resort Condo that used the opportunity to put on high pressure and a 2.5 hour sales job. Room wasn't ready when I arrived (they thought it was) and they didn't provide cleaning during the week. Phone didn't work, internet couldn't download anything. Very disappointed. Pretty setting though.” Apr 10, 2007 by

“Small rooms, poor service. We had to ask for them to bring us toiletries and coffee on the second day of the stay. ” 2 of 2 people found this review helpful.Jun 8, 2006 by

“Not enough staff to handle the traffic checking in. Definitely not any nicer than a really clean, new motel 6, but paid twice the price. Expected a resort hotel--not motel 6. Even the phone calls were extra! Will avoid this stop in the future. In fact, will avoid all Saunters after this.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.May 24, 2006 by

“Overall the hotel was good. It was clean and nice. The only problems we had was it was a timeshare and when we got there they tried to get us to go to a meeting for a couple of hours to purchase part of the property. The Concierge and staff were not very friendly.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Hotel Representatives:
