• Great place to stay.
• Great place, but requested non smoking and received a smoking room making it unpleasant. Highly allergic to smoke.

“Again great place but received a smoking room which made it difficult to sleep because of smoke aroma and allergies. Other than that great place .”

• good for the price

• Good Location to get around Mesa
• Room was not cleaned upon arrival.. It was trashed..

“Everything seemed to work and was in good shape. The room upon arrival at 7pm was not cleaned and ready and the bed spread had holes in it. Other than the poor start, the room and stay was fine.”

• Surprising large room. Very friendly staff.
• Microwave in room inoperable. Coffee in room not replaced second day.

“For a budget hotel it was very nice. Housekeeping did not do their jobs completely but the balance of staff were very nice and facility seemed worth the price.”

• It was more quiet than most hotels or motels. Less 'noise' from inside or outside

“Conveniently located. Helpful staff. Responded quickly to requests for help (ie, TV remote stopped working.). Allowed an extra day stay BUT not at the price.”

• It was close to my business meeting.
• No coffee pot, located in industrial area and lots of noise.

“Large clean room, bring your own light bulb if you have work to do, no microwave. Plenty of parking and handy to freeways and major facilities in the area.”
