• Location.
• Dirty.

“Staff was not friendly. It was 10.00 a night more we had to pay for packets of coffee there was no shampoo our room was never cleaned I will never stay there again. And would not recommend it to anyone we have had hotels from you before and they were fine.”

• It is pet friendly in every room. If you have allergies, do not stay here!

“We get to the hotel and they only have 2 suites that are pet free and both are rented out and our room only has one double size bed. The manager was at the hotel and upgraded us for free to a 2 bed room, but could not guarantee that no pets had been in the room recently. So, my son and I both took Benadryl and tried to sleep on the extremely hard beds. We have never had this problem with another hotel. There are usually rooms where no pets are ever allowed, but because this is an extended stay hotel that is not the case. Overall, the hotel was clean and the manager did go out of her way to accommodate us, but if you have allergies, do not stay here.”

• Everything you need is available, laundry facility, vending machines.
• The room could have been a little cleaner than it was, but it wasn't terrible.

“Our experience was a good one at this hotel. My husband and I went to see spring training baseball with our 16 month old son and it worked out well for us. We were booked into a handicap room with no bathtub, only a roll in shower, so that was somewhat inconvenient - but not terrible. The cleanliness of the room was not terrific, but not any worse than another hotel we would have stayed in. I'd highly recommend staying here. We will probably book at this same location for spring training again next year.”
