• Very convenient.

“Check in was very easy. They even gave us a suite room. Which was very nice, as my wife enjoys sleeping late and I could enjoy a cup of (free) coffee while watching TV without disturbing her sleep. Very close to the highway.”

• The room size and cleanliness.
• There were loiterers in the parking lot late at night that made my wife rather uncomfortable.

“Great hotel, helpful staff. Great overall stay. Only problem was the people in the parking lot that clearly didn't belong there. Made my wife and young daughters rather uncomfortable. 2nd night there was an officer out there though so it appears to be something they're addressing.”

• The staff was accommodating.
• Noise level from activities going on inside of hotel.

“The staff was very accommodating. Continental breakfast was included which was great because I didn't have to leave the premises. My general feel of the place was musty and stuffy. I didn't like the lay out because the noise carried too much, all of the rooms opened up to the center of the high rise. The price was great because of Priceline, so it makes it hard to complain.”

• Big room.
• Noisy.

“They were holding a function in the main area of the hotel, which is the center open area, open to all of the hotel rooms. It was 10:30pm and people were screaming loudly, like at a house party. I checked out hours after arriving and heard the desk clerk telling another guest there wasn't anything they could do.”

• Carpet was a little dirty and warn down throughout hotel.

• They have a variety of rooms with different floor plans. So far we enjoyed our stay in excellent room and met my husband's needs.
• I cannot even think what I may not like about it.

• The location was ideal for our needs--very near to Mesa Community College.
• The carpet in our room was worn; a panel on the bathroom vanity was loose and fell off. There was no microwave in the room.

“This hotel was comfortable and clean. However I was bitten one night while sleeping--the bite created a swollen area and numbness that lasted about a day. The next night it was harder to sleep due to the feeling of something crawling around. During this visit, we also stayed at another 3-star hotel in the Mesa, AZ area and liked the other chain better. The hotel claimed a recent renovation, but the carpet in the room was frayed, black-out curtains had tiny holes in them, and a panel on the vanity in the bathroom was loose and fell off.”

• The pool area and the flat screen TVs. updated and clean.
• We asked for extra sheets for the pull out bed and they never brought them.

“We have stayed in this hotel twice now and we really enjoy it. It is not over crowded, its quiet and the people who work there are friendly. The breakfast buffet is excellent but you have to make sure its included in your stay. The next time we stayed they offered us breakfast buffet vouchers which we did not even know we were getting. The rooms are newly remodeled and updated and very nice with flat screen TVs. The outside is not super attractive but the inside makes up for it. The pool is awesome and my kids loved playing in it. We will be using this hotel again for sure.”

• We asked the front desk girl for an upgrade and she gave us a deluxe suite.
• We ordered room service and they were out of several items on the menu.

“We have gotten this hotel many times and have never had a bad stay. Love this place!”

• The rooms were nice with comfortable beds. The pool area was nice a big. The staff was pleasant.
• There was a whole in my bathroom wall.

• The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We loved the view from our glass doors, the golf course!
• The toilet paper was only one-ply. No snacks in the bar during happy hour.

“This was a lovely hotel. We really liked the spaciousness, the layout of the hotel offered. It's in a great location. We appreciated how helpful the staff was to us.”

• No free breakfast buffet, hotel charged 20% for buffet, which was self serve, meals too expensive for families.

“The hotel was very nice, but both hot tubs at the pool were broken the whole time and the exercise room was shut down. They did not know at the front desk where to send us for exercise, but with small children that was a hassle anyway.”

• It was clean and felt luxurious in some areas, like the lobby.
• The view from the indoor balconies that lined each level was very outdated with fluorescent colored lights. It reminded me of the 70's.

“I really enjoyed the first impression of the lobby and the rooms were spacious and well decorated. I also thought the hotel was in a great location, and updated in most areas. The food from the restaurant was great, and all the little extras were included in the room. The bed was very comfortable, which is always a nice surprise in a hotel. I thought there were some areas that need renovation and the bathroom was quite small with leaking fixtures. But overall I would definitely stay there again.”

• Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are roomy, comfortable, and well decorated.
• The pool was freezing. I guess it was not heated. Also, the pool area was not well maintained.

“Beautiful hotel at a great location in mesa right on route 60. The hotel is right across the street from several restaurants as well as a large mall. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was well kept and just underwent a major renovation on its interior. Rooms were modern, well maintained, and quiet. The flat screen TV in the room was very nice.”

“It took less than 5 minutes to check in. Our kids liked the pool and my husband and I liked the adult spa. We would stay again and very soon. Hopefully without the kids. The hotel is by the freeway, but we could not hear it and the mall is located right across the street with several dining options.”

• Smell of smoke coming from bar in middle of hotel. Bathroom a little small.

• Convenient Location, the room seemed well soundproofed from adjoining room, nice TV, clean, fridge.
• 9.95 for in-room Wi-Fi. Had to walk through lobby which had bar to get to pool or your room.

“Overall very nice hotel, not well suited for families. However lots going on downstairs in the lobby to include a wedding and a conference and we were there less than a day. They charge $9.95 for in-room Wi-Fi or you can use the business center for free however you can't use your own computer. They have only three cheap & dirty PC's in the business center. Also there is a bar in the center of the lobby and you have to walk through there to get to the pool or your room. I found it very inappropriate to have to walk through the lobby to get to the pool. Also lots of drinking and smoking on the patio next to pool, which is not what I wanted my children around. The hotel was clean and reasonable price, but it seemed geared to the clubbing style.”
