• The kitchen is very helpful. Nice room, spacious enough for 2.
• Didn't have option of getting two double beds. Only queen size beds were available.

“This hotel is perfect for the long term business or couple vacation. This hotel did not have the option of getting two double beds instead of a queen. Rooms could not be changed as none were available. It was clean and comfortable, although getting extra pillows was a hassle and none were available.”

“This is way below the represented star value. The staff isn't going to do anything but the very least they can get away with. the words slum lord are very applicable. I've stayed in lower stars that were nicer, and staff were more likely to help than this place.”

“Hotel was ok but someone broke into our car while it was in the hotel parking lot. Most of our belongings were in the room but still it was upsetting.”

• Nice room for two people, clean and cozy. Better than I expected.
• Needs housekeeping between days that you are there.

“The staff was friendly, the room was nice for the price. I would recommend that hotel to anyone that is traveling with a spouse or one or two children. It is a small studio, but great it you are there only one or two nights.”

“Everything was nice. Except I extended my stay, was out all day Saturday. Got back late Saturday night and my key card did not work. I ended up sleeping in my car Saturday night. Not sure where the break down is/was but this made me very mad and upset.”

• Dirty tub, trash in room.

“Bed wasn't very comfortable, trash wasn't emptied (but we were allowed to check-in before noon), tub had crud on it. But great location (next door to Starbucks jamba juice, breakfast restaurant, upscale residential), very quiet. I've stayed in much worse for much higher price, only really not good thing was no pool. Kids were sad. But you can go to their other location six miles away and swim for free.”

• The outside was pretty and clean. Check-in person was friendly.
• Filthy rooms, had to get cleaning supply just to use shower. Filthy!

• Carpet inside door got wet once when it rained.

“We stayed 3 weeks. The room was clean upon arrival. Weekly cleaning. Competitive price. Location was perfect for us. Room is small, but we weren't there much, so not a problem. Staff was friendly and helpful. Internet connection was slow and connecting was problematic. Bed was comfortable. Nothing fancy, but had everything we needed. Plenty of parking. Closet was too shallow (bad design) - minor irritant.”

• Convenient location with easy access to 101 and I-60. Next to Starbucks.
• Heavy smoke and perfume odor. Bed dirty with 20-30 hairs and stains.

“When the rooms are maintained and cleaned properly this could be a great place to stay at. Close access to i-60 and 101. Convenient location for necessities such as a 24 hour fitness 1min west on baseline, Starbucks just next to the hotel, Albertson around the corner on baseline.”

• Fire alarm chirped all night --no sleep. Mattress was horrible.

“This hotel was the pits. Grounds looked ok but the inside was bad. I would not stay here again or recommend to anyone!”

• The location was excellent. Having kitchen facilities was a bonus.
• The bolt lock on the outside door did not work well.

“This style of accommodations was an excellent choice. It is in a very good neighborhood and easy to locate. Judging by their full parking lot while I was there, it looks like it is a very convenient, quality place to stay for a reasonable price.”

• Staff was wonderful trying to correct the problem.
• We had called ahead to make sure we had a double bed in each room. They did not. That was a big problem.

“The rooms were clean. The staff was wonderful. The price was great. When the mistake was evident, the staff tried hard to correct by substituting with roll away beds, except there were not enough of them. .”

• The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
• The beds were just full size instead of queen.

“What a pleasant surprise! We were quite pleased with the size and layout of our room. Having a full kitchen saved us money on meals out. The location was quite convenient and still far enough away from the traffic to be quiet. What a bargain!”

• I liked and appreciated the easy car to room access.
• The bed was not that great; but, I have slept on worse in higher rated hotels.

“Our room was clean. We had everything we needed. There was a contained kitchenette. We didn't use it, but it would have been very handy if we were staying longer. It was nice being able to park very close to the hotel door. I have back problems, and a lot of walking takes it toll on my body. I felt safe. We came to shop so I loved the easy off and on access to the freeway. It was great.”

“This hotel is a pretty cheap place to stay. They don't go above and beyond for their guests. No extra bedding or pillows, nor shampoo or dish soap to even wash the dishes they provide. I wouldn't stay here again.”

“I went down each morning and asked them to stop giving me a 6 am wake up call I needed to sleep. On the fourth day I just unplugged my phone. They had a different excuse each day mostly computer error was to blame.”

• I didn't like the hotel at all.
• The room was not cleaned and the bed was uncomfortable, and you can hear right through the walls. It was hard to sleep.

“This hotel should not be on your recommended hotels to stay at; it was uncleaned and very uncomfortable. The guests were not travelers but seemed to be living there. It was awful we didn't get any sleep at all. Our neighbor had loud music playing all night and we complained to the front office and they did nothing about it. It was a terrible experience.”

• The bed was uncomfortable. Should put toppers on these mattresses.

“I enjoyed my stay. It was quiet and close to everything. Will stay again as I go to phx for my dogs trainer for the disabled. The staff was fantastic. Would have liked a handicap room but I did make the reservation at the last moment.”

• Very displeased with staff negligence.

“The room was decent and the price was low. However, we asked for maintenance to replace a light bulb and remote control batteries and they never did. Then, my cell phone was lost and when I called (twice) later on to see if it was found I was not treated well and felt dismissed. I am certain my phone was left in the room and am very upset that I was not able to retrieve it.”

• Climate control in room did not work fixtures old and un-repaired, dirty, not well stocked.

“I was terribly disappointed. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was decrepit; though there was a coffee pot there were no cups, bathtub chipped and mildewed, shower curtain didn't make it all the was across the opening. Carpet was filthy - we kept our shoes on. Overall, I don't feel it deserved a 2 star rating.”

• Non smoking room had burns in carpets, cabinets. Needs new mattresses. No shampoo just soap.

“If you're looking for cheap here it is. No amenities, no ice machine, no shampoo. Strange shower head would only give you direct spurt of water (water saving). Needed cleaner carpets without giant stains and burns.”

• In very poor repair!

“We checked in (105 degrees that day) and found the air conditioning broken. We notified the office, and they sent someone to fix it while we shopped elsewhere. We returned and the ac was fixed (poorly, but functioning), but the television was broken. We notified the office again, and left for dinner. We came back and the TV was fixed, but when we tried to use the kitchen, the cupboard door fell off! This time we didn't call. Then, in the middle of the night, the air conditioner started erupting and belching a burnt-wiring smell. At 1: am we had to move to another room, because ours was no longer safe! The office staff was wonderful, but our room was one of the worse I've ever stayed in! Very poorly maintained (and not very clean).”

• The two rooms we had were two buildings apart. Loud noise in one of the rooms from the water pipes.

“This was a great location. The rooms were not suitable for family's We paid the $10.00 more for a king bed with a sleeper couch. This accommodated our family of seven. There was only one of these rooms available. The rooms were clean the outside was well maintained.”

• The kitchen is very handy and the AC works well.
• Does not accommodate wheelchairs well.

“We called ahead to get an accessible room, but none were available. So we requested a downstairs room, and were told we had it. When we arrived, we'd been assigned an upstairs room instead, for my wheelchair! If we hadn't arrived extremely early and been able to change our room assignment, I would have had to sleep in the car! The desk clerk had a bad attitude, and was barely any help at all. Please do not recommend this hotel to those needing "accessible" accommodations!”

• It is in a convenient location.
• Door was open when arrived! Towels were dirty! Staff was unhelpful not satisfied at all! It has by far gotten worse since our last stay.

“Do not recommend this hotel if you like clean towels at the least lipstick was all over them and who knows what else. Also, the door was wide open when we go to our room. This was very unsafe and the front desk was not concerned at all for our safety once reported. Not happy with this place since our last stay this hotel has gone down in service.”
