• Staff was very efficient and friendly. Hotel was what I expected.
• Needs more lighting especially in the bathroom.

• Free hot breakfast.
• Rooms were outdated.

“I think the accommodations were as expected. This is an older hotel which has been updated. The room was fairly large but seemed to also have a lot of wasted space. It had a very small bathroom(tub and shower) but the room with the sink was huge! The restaurant was very quaint and the breakfast was very good. We were satisfied with the accommodations.”

• Very good location and yummy breakfast food.
• Banquet room party was loud for 12:00 am.

“All is all the stay was good. There was a party at the banquet room that had loud music. I keep us a wake for a little while.”

• The swimming pool was fantastic. Big enough for all people.
• It was kind of hard if you have younger children or a big family.

• I liked the layout of this hotel, and the restaurants breakfast was great!
• Small room size, standard décor.

“We stayed at this Best Western as we house hunted in the area and found it was clean, pleasant atmosphere, the front desk people were very helpful and friendly, and the restaurant was very nice. We would stay again.”

• dirty, dingy, smelled terrible, rooms scattered everywhere and confusing to find

“We recently went to Mesa for a long weekend. I had originally booked at Dobson, but changed our reservation to Holiday Inn and Suites. Wanting to see what we would have missed, we went to Dobson and asked to see a room.Did we ever make the right choice!! This place is dirty looking and the room was very dark and dingy and smelled atrocious!I would not stay there for any price!Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here!”
