• Very convenient location--a number of restaurants and shops nearby. Easy access to laundry facilities and fitness room.
• Our room was a little smaller than would have liked.

• It's a little far from downtown Scottsdale.

“It does not have all the newest amenities, but it has the ones that I liked. Free Internet and little business area, A free light breakfast, coffee-maker in room, and a good amount of channels on the TV for at night. The staff people seemed exceptionally friendly.”

• I was pleasantly surprised by the full kitchen. It made my stay as a senior more convenient.
• The view was a negative, but I was never in my room, so that was not a problem for me.

“I would recommend this hotel for anyone that wants a clean, pleasantly decorated room. The full kitchen is great for extended stays. It's a nice way to save money and not eat out all the time.”

• The room had all the amenities needed. High speed internet was a definite plus.
• I got a single bed room. I would have preferred 2 double beds, but still it was good.

• Nice room. Sofa, kitchen and bed in a studio type room.
• Continental breakfast was ok. You had to go back to your room to eat the continental breakfast. It was a minimal type breakfast.

“New, spacious rooms, lots of restaurants in the nearby area. Continental Breakfast was a recent addition because there was no place to eat it except back at your room. for the money it w3as a terrific buy. $55 a night when the going rate was 179.”

• Everything was clean and neat it looked newly built.
• I can't think of anything, maybe the parking area small.

“Our stay was above the expectations. It was very comfortable, the linens with the down comforter was an extra plus you do not find in other hotels. I would definitely come back.”

• We loved the suite. Full kitchen, great location, incredibly friendly staff.
• Nothing to complain. It is perfect.

“This hotel was absolutely fantastic. We were greeted in a very friendly, hospitable manner and found our room to be beyond our expectations. We took advantage of the refrigerator and microwave and were able to wash our dishes in the convenient sink. The couch was nice for TV watching and the bed was very comfy. My husband was able to get our flight boarding passes on the free lobby computer too. We highly recommend this wonderful place and would gladly return.”

• no Jacuzzi, didn't have one of the rooms as ordered, fire alarm went off in the night and hotel had to be evacuated. No fire so.

“It was comfortable and clean. They have a nice free breakfast. The have a small gym and pool, but no Jacuzzi. The location in that part of Scottsdale is convenient to great restaurants.”

• The room was very nice and well kept. The staff super friendly and helpful.
• I was put in a smoking room even though I had called them and was told I'd have a non smoking room. they would've changed me I am sure had I asked.

“I was thoroughly pleased with my stay and my service at the hotel. If I am in the area again, I'd choose to go back there for sure. ”

• Was a smoking room, and I couldn't switch to non smoking.

“At first, this seemed like a nice hotel. It was located in a good area, and was close to restaurants and shopping. When I checked in, they gave me bad instructions on how to find the room, which took me several minutes to find, and the buildings were not marked in any was that would help me find my room. When I got to my room, it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and when I called the front desk and asked for a non smoking room, they told me that there were none available. As far as amenities, the room was actually pretty nice, with a refrigerator, dishwasher, and stove, it definitely would be comfortable for an extended stay. It just wasn't comfortable for me with a one night stay and the smell of cigarettes.”

• The staff was incredibly friendly, and the room was clean and exceeded my expectations.
• The bathroom could be updated.

“This is not actually a hotel but like a time share property. The rooms have more of an apartment like feeling. The pool is not that great so if that is what you are looking for look elsewhere, but there is a great continental breakfast every morning, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient to most attractions in the Scottsdale area.”

• The most practical lodging I've ever been to. I was able to use the computer in the front lobby and look up map quest and print a boarding pass for my.
• Across the back is parking lot which had a "pavement cleaning machine" between12:30-1:00 A.M. at least. Sounded like irregular train cars passing by.

“We had confirmed 2 bed, but they didn't have a record. They offered roll in bed, really comfortable (twin). What can we say, the suite was nice, we ate our left over. ”

• I liked the fact that the outside entrance doors were secured and one had to use a key card to enter. It was quite.
• I can not think of one thing.

“I think the previous question. answer sum it up. It was easy to check in/out. The rooms were cozy, clean and every well equipped. The location was great. Two blocks from the 101 freeway, across the street from a shopping center and around the corner from several great eateries. I will stay at this hotel any time I am in Scottsdale.”

“I was quite happy with the Towneplace Suites in Scottsdale. The atmosphere was pleasant and the staff was friendly. It was a little surprising that they didn't clean the room each day, but I feel we got our money's worth and we're a tidy bunch, anyway! I will definitely stay there again!”
