“The hotel was very nice and clean. The room was comfortable. The best thing for us was the location to temple square, as we were able to walk there to see the Christmas lights. The downfall is the $13/day extra parking charge to use their garage.” Nov 30, 2009 by
Jeff from Riverside,CA
“Great and friendly staff, and a great location.” Nov 27, 2009 by
Dave from Livermore,CA
“Nice, clean, modern hotel. Decor and feel is somewhat institutional. It's a good place a company could hold meetings, not really a luxury destination. Desk service was somewhat slow, garage gate key didn't work first time and I had to go back to the desk. They charge for parking, charge for internet; some of the other nice hotels nearby don't.” Nov 25, 2009 by
Gunter from Saratoga Springs,UT
“It was a Hilton Hotel. So for business perfect. I just stayed one night. I could not enjoy everything. But I will go there any time again. The deal was great!” Nov 16, 2009 by
Rick from Las Vegas,NV
“Way too much for valet parking. Should consider offering Olive Garden as room service since they are in the same parking lot.” Oct 14, 2009 by
Jake from Sparks,NV
“Very professionally run facility. Staff went out of their way to accommodate and make sure guests were taken care of. Prices were as negotiated, with no surprise facility fees. Rooms were very nice and modern.” Oct 13, 2009 by
Lorrie from Syracuse,UT
“We thought it was a good experience. Would definitely get a room with a king size bed next time. Beds were small.” Oct 12, 2009 by
Christine from Anchorage,AK
“Nice staff, great location right to Downtown.” Oct 3, 2009 by
Pauli from Vernal,UT
“I feel that the hotel went above and beyond to make me and my husband feel comfortable and treated.” Oct 2, 2009 by
Shirley from Idaho Falls,ID
“Our room had gross patches on the ceiling and the bathroom had dried goobers stuck to the wall. The location was nice but overall the experience was a let down.” Sep 30, 2009 by
Peter from Peterborough,Canada
“Excellent location, rooms very roomy and clean- excellent pool and hot-tub facilities. Found restaurant prices a big high- also had to pay to airport shuttle services both ways and each passenger ie: my wife and I had to pay $16 each to and from the airport. Felt the Hotel should have provided airport shuttle service and also Internet service.” Sep 30, 2009 by
Kaye from Idaho Falls,ID
“I was very impressed with the overall experience. The valet was very helpful; the person at the check in counter was great. She was very nice and helpful. The room was nice as well.” Sep 30, 2009 by
David from Pocatello,ID
“The room was dusty, very regular interior windows were so filthy you could not see out. This was no where near a 4 star.” Sep 28, 2009 by
Lisa from Liberal,KS
“Not enough services, parking ridiculously expensive older hotel rooms somewhat rundown no room service after 10:30 PM.” Sep 18, 2009 by
Carmenccita from Etobicoke,Canada
“Great hotel at the price I paid, however, needs to pay attention to basic services like prompt response to any request, charming and pleasant staff especially in the reception, with Hilton's background in the hotel industry, I am surprised that staff still miss to replace basic amenities like shampoo, soap. Receptionist doesn't sound professional, business-like and pleasant. It is nice to be welcome by a warm and smiling face in a place you'll stay away from home.” Sep 17, 2009 by
Kathy from Price,UT
“Other than the lack of telephone book in room & the lack of magnifying mirror in bathroom (which I think all 3 star + should have) everything was fine. There was a slight wait upon check in, but since it was late, it wasn't too bad.” Sep 5, 2009 by
Travis from Vernal,UT
“I would not recommend this hotel nor do I think. I will ever stay in another one.” Aug 25, 2009 by
Kory from Logan,UT
“The hotel itself was very nice and clean. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The staff acted irritated that we had requested non-smoking and stated since we did it through priceline it was simply a request and not something they should have to do. The hot tub was also very gross and the water frequently turned brown. Both of those complaints had minor effect on our stay. The housekeeping staff was excellent and complied to our needs. Excellent location.” Jul 23, 2009 by
Lisa from Wenatchee,WA
“We were traveling with both an infant and my 90 year old mother. Acommodations were fabulous for both. The staff treated my elderly mother as if she were their own grandmother...very sweet.” Jul 13, 2009 by
Terence from Surpeise,AZ
“Great hotel, will use again.” Jun 25, 2009 by
Barbara from South Lake Tahoe,CA
“The staff was friendly, the common areas were clean. We did not eat at the restaurants.” May 20, 2009 by
Anthony from Pocatello,ID
“The parking was horrible. For $13 dollars a day I should be able to find a parking space in less than two hours. They charged extra for internet. They just nickle and dimmed us to death the whole time I was there.” May 9, 2009 by
DJ from Durham,NC
“My wife and I were in town for the weekend to find (and purchase) a house in Salt Lake City. This Hilton was centrally located. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean. My only gripe was that they charged $9.99 for WiFi. I feel like this is completely unacceptable, especially for a brand as well known as Hilton. I would have expected more. On top of that, the staff had no idea of where I could go for free wireless. Hilton! Come on - you're better than that.” Apr 30, 2009 by
Bryan from Meridian,ID
“Parking was expensive, restaurants not on scale with the hotel.” Apr 29, 2009 by
Mary from Sant Fe,NM
“Great staff- very friendly and knowledgeable. The beds were awesome, very comfy, feather pillows, and high thread count linen. The down side was super high priced internet- with 3 of us wanting to use wi- fi upon awakening each day, along with the $13.00 a day to park your own car, it would have cost more than the hotel room! Great location, okay- indoor pool, overall clean, but not 5 star luxury hotel.” Apr 29, 2009 by
Mark from Chubbuck,ID
“Hotel was easy to access from the freeway, very clean, courteous staff, nice amenities. (Pool, weight room, etc). Although I was impressed (& so were my other parties). I like having a small fridge, & or microwave.” Apr 27, 2009 by
Scott from Richfield,UT
“Great location. Easy access to Temple Square, Gateway, Energy Solutions, etc. I did not like having to pay for my parking at the hotel. The hotel staff was excellent. Each person I interacted with seemed genuinely invested in making our experience outshine our expectations. They succeeded.” Apr 23, 2009 by
Boyce from Vernal,UT
“I would not recommend staying at this hotel in the future. Parking was terrible for a truck and the charge to park was unreasonable for the area of location.” Apr 22, 2009 by
Kimberly from Garden City,MI
“Excellent experience.” Apr 20, 2009 by
Lisa from Syracuse,UT
“The hotel was clean. When we took a shower it did not drain. It was late so I waited until the next morning to call the front desk and ask them to fix the problem. I was out most of the day and when I came back there was a cute note that said maintenance had fixed the problem and left us a fun little chocolate hammer. We took a shower to get ready for the evening and it still did not drain. They sent someone up to fix it again and that person could not and went to the front desk to see if they could change our room for us. They did change rooms and it was a larger room and very nice.” Apr 19, 2009 by
Gloria from Fort Macleod,Canada
“The concierge was the most helpful of any hotel that we have stayed in, and we have stayed in hotels from New York to California. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and also using priceline.com. This was our first time using priceline, but I will not hesitate to do so all the time when we travel.” Apr 17, 2009 by
John from Boise,ID
“Not likely to stay here again.” Apr 16, 2009 by
Rhonda Merrill from Rigby,ID
“Centrally located and easy to walk to many attractions in SLC. The hotel is clean and well cared for.” Apr 15, 2009 by
Erin from Orem,UT
“The room was fair, certainly not a 4 star and customer service/front desk was terrible.” Apr 8, 2009 by
Jane from Sandy,UT
“It was fantastic. We went for our 7 year anniversary and they upgraded us to a suite. It was amazing.” Apr 3, 2009 by
Eric from San Francisco,CA
“This was a decent hotel. Our bath tub didn't drain well, the shower head didn't engage fully, and there was a little bit of mold on the shower curtain. When I told the staff about these problems, they promised to send someone the next day to address them. It didn't seem that that happened, although I would have expected some sort of note informing me of whatever action they had taken. Poor communication on their part. Finally, for an upscale hotel, there were far too many children running wild in the pool area and hot tub. Although I think it is important for a hotel to be family-friendly, it was really excessive in this case.” Apr 1, 2009 by
Delwyn from Driggs,ID
“Parking was great, lobby was great, room was small, but comfortable. I had to pay extra for WiFi. I get free WiFi at my local grocery store. The bath room was dirty, also the vanity was in the same room.” Mar 24, 2009 by
Kevin from American Fork,UT
“The hotel is great except for the sound proofing of the rooms. We were right by the elevator and could hear everything all night long.” Mar 15, 2009 by
Lauren from Stansbury Park,UT “Great staff! When they found out that we were on our honeymoon they changed us from a basic room to a suite. Later they sent complimentary cheese cake to our room. Great hotel.” Mar 13, 2009 by
Betsy from Logan,UT
“The room we asked was not available, so they suggested us to a suite for free. The room we stayed in was great!” Mar 10, 2009 by
Dianne from Vernal,UT
“Great place, friendly staff.” Mar 9, 2009 by
Tina from Inkom,ID
“The lobby is a show case. Everything shinny and in place. The rooms were okay. Some of the colors have not been updated. The fee for parking is $16 for Valet parking or $13 for self parking.” Mar 8, 2009 by
Gregg from Twin Falls,ID
“It is a great place, but it would be best if you want to stay on budget park across the street because they really hit you hard on that price of $13.” Mar 6, 2009 by
Leighton from Rock Springs,WY “Great 4 star. Convenient and luxury in one package.” Mar 6, 2009 by
Becky from Idaho Falls,ID
“It was really no different from a comfort inn other than it was decorated really upscale. A comfort inn would have been better for us because there would have been a microwave and fridge in the room. We have a one year old so it was hard not having these appliances. I also missed the free breakfast or at least a reasonable priced breakfast. I guess the Hilton isn't the place for us.” Feb 27, 2009 by
Jaimie from North Salt Lake,UT
“The hotel was very clean and well presented, the bed was comfortable and linens were fresh.” Feb 20, 2009 by
Roman from Idaho Falls,ID
“Hotel would be great for anyone who doesn't care about paying extra to park. Or anyone who doesn't drive a full sized pick-up.” Feb 19, 2009 by
Jared from Idaho Falls,ID
“We were stuck in an elevator for over 20 minutes. Staff was very slow to respond to our difficulty. We are still working with them on the problem.” Feb 19, 2009 by
Russell from Logan,UT
“The swimming pool was too cold. There are no vending machines. If you get hungry in the middle of the night you are out of luck. No convenience stores nearby. The staff is more interested in impressing each other than doing customer service. Upper management is quick to say sorry, but nothing is going to change. The management and staff at this Hilton need to walk down the road a few blocks to the Marriott to see how a real hotel should be run. The management at this Hilton does a poor job at anticipating the customers needs and wants. I think what is really happening is they simply do not care about the customer.” Feb 19, 2009 by
M from Providence,UT
“I was a little let down by the 4-Star
