• Good brand and a good location.
• Club outside very loud and hallways had very bad oder.

“It was a nice hotel to stay at and we got a great deal but they didn't replace used towels I had to call the front desk. Also the hallway for the 5 night stay smelled. Also there is a club right outside the hotel that was very loud until well after 2am. Not good if you are there for business.”

• Completely renovated with comfortable beds and linens.
• Exterior is impressive.

“Don't judge this hotel by the exterior. The interior is completely renovated with new and comfortable beds and linens. Convenient computer station. Great location and walk ability to bars, restaurants, and Temple Square. Quick drive (less than 15 minutes) to the airport. Courteous staff and concierge service who are willing to go the extra mile.”

• Airport shuttle and shuttle to local area is free.

“I believe the hotel has serious training issues. Items had been stolen out of my room. Toothbrush, toothpaste, hair product, people magazine, my personal soap, my razor, and my face wash product. The staff seemed unconcerned and wanted to fight over whether it was taken or stolen. They also said the cleaning lady thought I had checked out. My suitcase. Sandals and other personal items were in the room. Thank God I had taken my computer with me that day. The staff was totally unhelpful with calming me down in this security issues. Will I stay here again? Yes, I am a price driven shopper as most of Americans are now and this is a great price on Priceline. I still am not happy with the way this was handled and think Sheraton should relook and rethink their staff here, even their managers.”

• Room amenities, temperature control, room location.

“The hotel lobby areas are quite nice. The conference areas provide plenty of room. Temperature control of the air/heat was barely noticeable. The room was rather hot and it would not cool down. It seemed as though the hotel cleaning staff has not been properly trained.”

• Location was good and pool area was nice. Stayed on the 7th floor and the room was clean and nicely appointed. Not overly large but very suitable.
• The parking for the rooms in the front of the hotel was not convenient.

• Newly remodeled, so everything was nice and new.
• The location wasn't the best, but it was not bad either.

“I really loved the Sheraton. We usually stay at the Hilton when we go to Salt Lake but I think we will be switching. The customer service was great. My husband was life flighted to the hospital up there and The Sheraton gave me such a great discount. The rooms were so nice and there was a huge TV.”

“Our room was recently remodeled. The lobby and front desk area of the hotel were under construction during our visit. But the hotel was doing a good job minimizing the impact on their guests. The room was a of a similar quality and amenities as most other hotels in the region.”

• The room we stayed in was large and very nice and the beds were great.
• I thought with a 2 1/2 star hotel there would be a complimentary restaurant. We were disappointed there was not one available.

“It was a nice hotel in downtown Salt Lake city. The rooms were nice and roomy. It would have been nice to know that they were remodeling. We were on the 6th floor and it was extremely noisy at 3am with the guests screaming and swearing at each other.”

• Bathroom was spacious.
• Room was small. Only one chair.

“The room was nice for a person traveling alone for business. Most hotels would have a table or at least a couple of chairs. The person checking us in was somewhat sarcastic. He said the room was undergoing renovations. He said it was a theme-room suite. I hadn't realized he was being sarcastic so I was somewhat disappointed that it was a just a small room. The movie channel wasn't working, but the TV was a nice size.”

• I did not like the hotel.
• The room needs a complete upgrade, new bathroom fixtures, new wall paper, new bathtub, new flooring, new carpet and new bed.

“The entrance was very impressive however, the hotel room was not better than a hotel room at a 1 star hotel. The bathroom was the worse, old moldy tiles, the commode was old and rusty, the bathroom fixtures were outdated, and the wallpaper was coming undone. The whole room needed a make over so bad. I don't think that any improvements have been done since the 70's.”

• Beautiful decor, luxury bedding, Starbucks in hotel!
• No free WiFi.

“The hotel is gorgeous with a good location and luxury appointments, very comfortable. Sheraton has a habit of making everything an extra charge though. For example in small print I learned I had to opt out of getting the newspaper or receive it automatically along with an extra charge. Roll it into the room charge and stop sounding so chintzy. WiFi is also an extra charge which would have to be annoying to business travelers.”

• It is in a convenient down-town location.
• The room was really small - when you open the door, it hits the bed! Just really small.

“The hotel itself looks really nice, very nice lobby, restaurants, etc, but the room I stayed in was really small - equal or smaller than 1 and 2 star hotels. My biggest disappointment, however, was that the pool was closed. I was traveling with young children, and the purpose of going to a hotel was to swim, and it so happened that the pool was under construction for that night.”

“I was overall pleased with the hotel. Key Points: The staff is very friendly and helpful. Room service is very efficient. The rooms are very clean. The beds are like heaven - very comfortable. The location is convenient. Easy access to highway and downtown. Downsides: Parking is $10 a day internet is $9.95 a day local calls are not free. I would consider staying here again.”

• I like the Courtyard and the room was comfy with the exception of the beds being too small.
• We asked for a different bed arrangement that would accommodate our family better, staff was not helpful, the pool was under construction.

“The overall atmosphere is nice, the courtyard is nice, the hotel pool was under construction which was very disappointing, also our family did not fit well on two double beds and the hotel had no other bed arrangement was available and was not very helpful with any questions or concerns.”

• The beds were very comfortable as well as fresh pillows.
• Pool was closed and we didn't know until check in that is was broken.

“The hotel itself was wonderful. Didn't know that we had to pay for parking in the parking lot and also didn't know that we were being charged a $40.00 deposit until we got home and checked the bank account. Also the pool was closed and drained due to a "plumbing" problem. We were told on the phone that it would probably be ready on Saturday. (We checked in on a Friday) but when we got there they said it wouldn't be open for 2 weeks! Then they wouldn't even compensate our parking lot to compensate for the lack of a pool that the kids were looking forward to.”

• Luxury hotel, comfortable bed and spacious room.
• Charged internet service.

“As usual luxury hotel, they offered the charged Internet service. Although I accepted it, the readied cable connection did not work. And the wireless used to be disconnected easily. This point should be improved. But the overall situations were excellent as we expected. Someone commented the parking lot area could be freely entered in night. When we come back from diner, it was true. I guess that area would be relatively safe.”

• The evening manager was around and available and made us feel very welcomed and gave us a lot of information about the shuttle availability.
• It would have been nice if their were more shuttles available because of their location from the convention center.

• It has a nice lobby and close to down town, price was good.
• Hotel needs lots of upgrade to rooms (windows, doors, bath, etc).

“This used to be a nice hotel. But I think they are waiting to renovate it. So my room windows passed lots of noise from street. The room door was warped and noise from hall way would come in. The bath room tiles were not in good shape. Overall needs a massive renovation. But given the price I got for it, I would not complain too much.”

• They charge a high nightly fee to park a car and they have a huge parking area.

“The location, size of room and overall the hotel is great. But, I would never stay there again because they charge $10.00 a night to have a car. I find that outrageous, especially not knowing they are going to charge you.”

• The hotel was overbooked and was unable to give me a room with 2 beds like I had requested.

• It was roomy and the beds were very comfy.
• Did not like carrying luggage as far as I had to, up and down stairs. It was very noisy at night.

“Great hotel. Beautiful and clean. Room was quite large, bathroom was roomy, and the beds were very comfy. Hard to get from parking lot to room on 2nd floor with luggage and four children and no luggage cart or elevator though. And we could not find the pool. It was like a maze.”

• Very clean and quiet, good pool area and landscaped well. Nice rooms.
• Found a spider crawling up my bed in the middle of the night. Needs to offer continental breakfast bar.
